Eu com dor,mandando mensagem, ligando,eles vizualizavam e sequer respondem,falei sobre como estava me sentindo em relação a isso e fui ignorada novamente! Em momento algum faltei com respeito e educação e mesmo assim... infelizmente existem isso existe! Talvez por receberem pouco do convênio, desprezam uns pra receberem mais de outros!
Awful!!! I've never seen such disregard for a patient! They ignored all my messages on WhatsApp! Me in pain, texting, calling, they saw it and didn't even respond, I talked about how I was feeling about it and I was ignored again! At no time did I lack respect and politeness and even then... unfortunately there is this! Perhaps because they receive little from the agreement, they despise some to receive more from others!
