I just do not give 5 stars, as they do not meet schedule time and make the customer wait at least 1hr. Other than that Dr Chao is an excellent doctor

Não vou trocar nunca de ortopedista!
Excellent clinic, I pass with Dr. Dhébora who is a great professional, very attentive and very human, she knows that she is dealing with a human being who is going through a delicate moment and always tries to be very clear in the diagnosis and calm us down. I will never change orthopedists!

Estive no medico no dia 11/03/2020 e passei com o Dr Daniel Ferreira CRM SP 107865 especialista de joelho e solicitou um exame que por sorte eu conseguir fazer no mesmo dia no laboratório. e no dia 12/03 entrei em contato com a clinica para remarcar o retorno com os exames e o sr lucas falou que só tem horário para 15/04? Como assim a pessoa esta com dor e so tem consulta daqui um mes? Liguei e passei por outra pessoa e tem vaga para o dia 20/02 com seguintes horarios, 8, as 9 as 10? Eu tenho todas as gravações. Isso é falta de respeito com as pessoas.

I was at the doctor on 11/03/2020 and passed with Dr Daniel Ferreira CRM SP 107865 knee specialist and requested an exam that luckily I can do on the same day in the laboratory. and on 03/12 I got in touch with the clinic to reschedule the return with the exams and Mr Lucas said he only has time for 04/15? What do you mean, the person is in pain and only has a consultation in a month? I called and passed by someone else and has vacancy for the day 20/02 with following schedules, 8, 9 to 10? I have all the recordings. This is a lack of respect for people.
