★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada... não fui nem atendida esperei 1:30hrs nem a ficha foi aberta... Na hora q perguntava se ia demorar a cara da recepcionista era nítida q n gostava n recomendo... Detalhe estava c uma criança de 3 anos q n para e ainda tive q pagar caro de estacionamento...?
 Disappointed ... I wasn't even answered I waited 1: 30hrs nor the file was opened ... When I asked if the receptionist's face was going to be clear I liked it, I don't recommend it ... Detail was a 3 year old child for and I still had to pay expensive parking ... ?

COM MUITA DIFICULDADE CONSEGUI AGENDAR UMA CONSULTA COM DRA LUCI, POIS PRECISAVA DO ULTIMO HORÁRIO, CHEGANDO LÁ NO DIA AGENDADO FUI INFORMADA QUE NÃO QUE NÃO ESTAVA NA AGENDA DA DRA, MAS POR SORTE ELA ESTAVA LÁ E CONSEGUIU ME ATENDER ANTES DE IR EMBORA. MARQUEI O RETORNO PESSOALMENTE, NO MESMO DIA, MARISA ANOTOU EM UM PAPEL O DIA E HORÁRIO. POIS BEM, NO DIA DO RETORNO, NOVAMENTE TIVE PROBLEMAS, CHEGUEI LÁ E NA RECEPÇÃO DO PREDIO MESMO, FUI INFORMADA QUE NÃO HAVIA NINGUÉM NO CONSULTÓRIO. ATRAVESSEI A CIDADE, LEVEI MEU FILHO DE 3 ANOS E NÃO HAVIA NINGÚEM NO CONSULTORIO??? HOJE MARISA ME INFORMOU QUE A CONSULTA ESTAVA AGENDADA PARA OUTRO DIA, DIFERENTE DO ANOTADO NO PAPEL, UM DESCASO E FALTA DE RESPEITO.
CUSTOMER RECEPTIONIST'S SERVICE IS Lousy. VERY DIFFICULTLY I CAN SCHEDULE A DRA LUCI CONSULTATION BECAUSE I NEEDED THE LAST TIME, ARRIVING THERE ON THE SCHEDULE DAY I WAS INFORMED NOT THAT I WAS NOT IN THE DRAG'S SCHEDULE, BUT LUCK IT WAS THERE AND WERE ATTEMPT TO ME. I MARKED THE RETURN PERSONALLY, SAME DAY, MARISA JUDGED IN ONE PAPER THE DAY AND TIME. Well, on the day of the return, I again had problems, I got there and at the reception of the same building, I was informed that there was no one in the office. I went through the city, took my 3 year old son and there was no one in the clinic ??? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que vou a Dra Luci sou muito bem atendida, criteriosa, esclarecedora. Gosto muito de ser atendida por ela. Faço tratamento para a asma há quase 1 ano com ela.
Whenever I go to Dr Luci I am very well attended, discerning, enlightening. I really like being attended to by her. I've been on asthma treatment for almost 1 year with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui em vários Pneumologista e nunca tive sucesso, a unica médica que conseguiu "resolver" o meu problema. Ainda estou em tratamento com ela, mas pude notar uma melhora significativa nas minhas crises de asma.
I have been to several pulmonologists and I have never been successful, the only doctor who managed to "solve" my problem. I am still under treatment with her, but I could see a significant improvement in my asthma attacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulta com 1h e 50min de atraso e nem sequer um pedido de desculpa pelo atraso.
Liguei para marcar o retorno e segundo a secretaria Mariza a médica que me atendeu (Lucy Meire Fanno) está em um congresso e quando ela voltar já terá terminado o prazo de retorno de consulta.
Quem está fora do prazo de retorno não sou eu e o mínimo de atenção, ética e respeito seria me atender após esse prazo.
Infelizmente hj a maioria dos médicos são movidos pelo dinheiro e não mais pela ética e respeito ao paciente.

I called to arrange the return and according to the secretary Mariza the doctor who attended me (Lucy Meire Fanno) is at a conference and when she returns, the consultation return period will have ended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta para minha filha com a Dr. Lucy em no começo Dezembro para ser atendida somente no meio de janeiro, pois ela só atendia crianças do meu convênio em datas específicas. No dia da consulta fui informada que não seria atendida porque ela só atende meu plano a partir de fevereiro. Reclamei explicando que havia saído do trabalho para ir nrssa consulta e que eles poderiam ter me ligado para avisar . A recepcionista tinha anotado meu telefone errado por isso não me avisaram antes...Pedi para conversasr com a médica para que ela a brisse uma excessão e me atendesse, já que o erro foi deles.Dr. Lucy foi inflexível e não me atendeu. Em nenhum momento se desculparam.A impressão que tive é de extrema arrôgancia e desorganização. Inclusive na recepção tem uma placa pedindo para que os pais mantenham seus filhos quietos, o que achaei meio estranho em uma prática pediátrica. Acredito se fosse uma consulta particular ela teria me atendido, médicos mercenários, falta o lado humano

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante 3 anos tive um ótimo atendimento com o pediatra DR. Walter Martins, sempre muito atencioso com meu filho, mas desde Dezembro quando o mesmo teve um problema de saúde, não consigo marcar uma consulta médica com a pediatra substituta, hoje quando enfim consegui passar meu filho, passar não tentar passar, houve um descaso por parte da equipe da clinica e da DRa. Fabiola, meu filho com uma infecção de pele visível, ficou 40 minutos exposto com outras crianças, correndo o risco e transmitir a infecção e pegar alguma outra e ao solicitar pra passar pelo menos ele no horário que estava marcado, não fomos atendidos e informados que se quiséssemos aguardar ele seria atendido 40 minutos depois do horário marcado. Dra. Fabiola fez pouco causo a saúde de uma criança de 4 anos, não recomendo a ninguém a passar seu filho na clinica com esta médica.
