Passam informações erradas pelo whatsapp e quando chegamos lá falam que não da para atender.
Terrible, they are always hours late.
They give wrong information on whatsapp and when we get there they say they can't answer.

Derrubam as ligações .. ninguém atende .
Essas atendentes não quer trabalhar não . O atendimento telefônico é a porta de entrada da empresa . Se assim já é ruim imagine pessoalmente .
If they answered the phone, it would be good...
They drop the calls .. no one answers .
These attendants don't want to work. Telephone service is the company's gateway. If that's bad enough, imagine in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A demora pra ser chamado e absurdooooooooo!!!!!!!!cheguei uma hora antes e fui atendida quatro hrs depois .nunca vi isso em um local conveniado ou particular ,ainda colocam a culpa nos pacientes q si mexem e precisam refazer ,então agendam menos pessoas pra dar conta
The delay to be called is absurd!!!!!!!!I arrived an hour earlier and was seen four hours later. I have never seen this in an agreed or private place, they still blame the patients who move and need to redo it, so schedule fewer people to handle

a equipe super atenciosa e com um cuidado fora do comum...pois no dia do exame eu estava com muito desconforto na lombar.. e vi esse cuidado também com os idosos....Parabéns pelo atendimento da equipe ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única funcionária que presta um bom atendimento é a recepcionista os demais tem pouco caso, disseram que o laudo da RM ficaria pronta no dia 17/12 após as 17h, acessei o site que por sinal é péssimo, não tinha nada, liguei na unidade onde realizei os exames (Água Branca), o rapaz que atendeu disse que enviaria pelo whatsapp, resumo: acabou o expediente é não enviaram nada. Pouco caso enorme. Vou ter que refazer o exame em outro local, não tenho confiança no laudo desta clínica. Profissionais com qualificação ZERO.
The only employee who provides good service is the receptionist, the others have little case, they said that the RM report would be ready on 12/17 after 5 pm, I accessed the website which by the way is terrible, there was nothing, I called the unit where I took the exams (Água Branca), the guy who answered said he would send it through whatsapp, summary: the office hours are over and they didn't send anything. Little huge case. I'll have to retake the exam in another place, I don't have confidence in the report of this clinic. Professionals with ZERO qualifications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ano passado minha mãe precisou fazer uma ressonância de crânio, fomos super bem atendidas, muito rápido tanto o exame quanto o laudo pela internet. As recepcionistas muito agradáveis e simpáticas.
Hj voltamos para fazer uma ressonância da coluna, senti diferença no atendimento da recepção, muita brincadeira, risadas e nada simpáticos, acredito que teve sim mudança na recepção, a médica que atendeu minha mãe no exame muito simpática, hj demorou bem mais que na outra vez e eu precisava ir embora para trabalhar, perguntei na recepção de podia ir pagando e deixaria minha mãe para pegar, disseram q não, até aí tudo bem, demorou mais para vir o exame e quando veio um rapaz recebeu na recepção deixou em cima do balcão e foi fazer outra coisa, sendo que vi todos os outros clientes sendo chamados assim que chegou o exame, depois de uns 5min outra moça terminou o que estava fazendo viu o exame e chamou, o rapaz que tinha recebido em mãos me olhou como se dissesse: viu estava com pressa espera mais, se eu fosse vcs da clínica observava isso pq o atendimento é muito importante. Today we came back for a spinal resonance, I felt a difference in the reception service, a lot of jokes, laughter and not friendly, I believe there was a change at the reception, the doctor who saw my mother in the exam was very friendly, today it took much longer than the other one time and I needed to go to work, I asked at the reception if I could pay and leave my mother to pick it up, they said no, so far so good, it took longer for the exam to come and when it came a boy received it at the reception left it on top of the counter and went to do something else, and I saw all the other customers being called as soon as the exam arrived, after about 5 minutes another girl finished what she was doing saw the exam and called, the boy who had received in hand looked at me as if I said: See, I was in a hurry, wait more, if I were you from the clinic, I would observe this because the service is very important.
