 Even by appointment, the wait can take 2 hours, but believe me, it pays off. A dr Elsa is extremely helpful.

The doctor is good. But prepare to wait, and usually hours. You schedule and arrive early to be attended always after the scheduled time.

A Dra Elsa é extremamente atenciosa, se interessa a saber sobre tudo, explica tudo...
Fiz todo o meu pré Natal com ela, e sempre que tinha qualquer dúvida, ela me auxiliava. Na sala do parto, me tranquilizou completamente.
É uma profissional incrível e um ser humano mais incrível ainda. Tive sorte em encontrar a Dra., honestamente.
The consultation may take time, but it is worth it.

I did all my pre-Christmas with her, and whenever I had any doubts, she helped me. In the delivery room, it completely reassured me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito total!!!!!! Mais de uma hora e meia esperando para ser atendida em uma consulta. Não vá se não quiser tomar um chá de cadeira com chance de não ser atendida. Totalmente decepcionada.
Total lack of respect!!!!!! More than an hour and a half waiting for an appointment. Don't go if you don't want to have a cup of tea with a chance of not being served. Totally disappointed.

Geralmente acaba atrasando, mas ao ser atendida você entende a razão, a Dra Elsa não se preocupa com o tempo, mas em esclarecer todas as dúvidas e fazer todas as ponderações necessárias.

Era paciente desde 2019, e era esperado o atraso de 1 hora frente ao horário agendado, porém hoje, após 1h40 de atraso, desisti. Ainda havia outra pessoa na minha frente, ou seja, seria atendida com 2h30 de atraso tranquilamente.
Infelizmente, não consigo abandonar um dia todo de trabalho e comprometer 4 horas do meu dia para passar por uma consulta...É frustrante, pois além do agendamento ser super concorrido, tive que desistir da consulta para atender aos meus outros compromissos no trabalho.
É uma falta de respeito com o paciente, apesar de ser uma das melhoras médicas ginecologistas com quem já passei.
Elsa is a great professional, very attentive and detailed with the patient during the consultation. I had been a patient since 2019, and I was expected to be 1 hour late compared to the scheduled time, but today, after 1h40 of delay, I gave up. There was still another person in front of me, that is, I would be attended to with 2h30 of delay quietly.
Unfortunately, I can't leave a whole day of work and commit 4 hours of my day to go to an appointment... It's frustrating, because in addition to the schedule being super busy, I had to give up the appointment to attend to my other commitments at work.
It's a lack of respect for the patient, despite being one of the best medical gynecologists I've ever seen.
