★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Nada acolhedor ou preocupado. A consulta estava marcada para as 15h, fui atendida as 17h. Tenho endometriose profunda e passei com ele para ter mais uma opinião. Me indicou o tal "chip da beleza" e não escutou quando eu disse que queria engravidar. Parecia que ele não "queria um problema". Nem ao menos me encaminhou para outro profissional ou demonstrou empatia pela minha situação. Saí da clinica muito abalada e triste. Uma pena que um profissional tão "bem avaliado" não trate todas as pessoas igualmente, comigo foi mecânico, curto e grosso.
 Bad experience. Nothing welcoming or concerned. The appointment was scheduled for 15h, I was attended at 17h. I have deep endometriosis and I went with him for one more opinion. I indicated such "Beauty chip" and did not listen when I said I wanted to get pregnant. It seemed that he did not "want a problem." He not even referred me to another professional or demonstrated empathy for my situation. I left the very shaken and sad clinic. A shame that a professional as "highly rated" do not treat all people equally, to me it was mechanical, stubby.

Dr. Rubens é um médico excelente, super ético, comos outras disseram, ele é direto, tinha endometriose e ele me tratou, hoje não sinto mais as dores (cólicas) que só quem tem sabe, e não preciso ir ao hospital a cada menstruação. Demora sim, pois ele tem muitas pacientes, assim como muitos outros médicos, mas ele dá atenção sim, e é um ser humano incrivel, dica, marque consultas próximo ao horario de almoço, normalmente é menos cheio, vale cada minuto de espera, passo com ele há quase 6 anos e todas as amigas que indiquei também amaram.

Dr. Rubens is an excellent doctor, super ethical, as others said, he is straightforward, he had endometriosis and he treated me, today I no longer feel the pain (cramps) that only those who know, and I do not need to go to the hospital every period . It takes a long time, because he has a lot of patients, as well as many other doctors, but he does give attention, and he is an incredible human being, tip, make appointments near lunch time, it is usually less crowded, worth every minute of waiting, step with him almost 6 years ago and all the friends I indicated also loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem dúvida alguma, o melhor médico que já tive e nos acolheu em um momento muito difícil. O atendimento é excelente, humano, considero o Doutor Rubens um profissional exemplar. Sim, é cheia a clínica, mas vale a pena a espera, afinal, nenhum médico bom, é vazio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pelas indicações , minha esposa procurando um.obstetra para deixar ela mais calma, mas depois de 2 horas e meia de espera (super entendemos médico atrasa entao o atraso foi tranquilo), o medico sequer examinou a gestante , nqo tirou pressão e nao demorou nem 15 minutos a consulta,..mas deu tempo de avisar o.valor do.parto . Político, frio . Por onde andam médicos que escolhem por amor ao que fazem? Mais um sem tato. Não recomendo. Pessima experiência, gasto de tempo e energia.

Porque ele é o melhor, amoroso, profissional, honesto, falava a real sem mimimis. Amor sem fim! ❤️ Sem chão, porque não encontrei ninguém a sua altura. Amigo da família. Médico da família e a minha filhinha de 10 anos teve a primeira consulta com ele semana passada. Jamais esqueceremos a delicadeza e carinho ao explicar para ela detalhes da saúde feminina. Trouxe ela ao mundo e infelizmente não poderá mais acompanhar a sua trajetória.? Vamos sentir muita muitas saudades. Amamos demais❤️. Descanse e até breve.

Eu só tenho elogios a sua pessoa, humano, excelente profissional, consultas esclarecedoras, não saímos com dúvidas do consultório.
Tenho milhões de problemas que me impediriam de ser mãe, eu tinha um prontuário médico completamente desfavorável a isso. Em momento algum, o médico me condenou a esta sentença, e acreditando nisso, hoje sou mãe de uma menina de 3 anos, que ele ajudou a vir ao mundo. Mesmo diante de uma gravidez de risco, cheia de percalços, e situações que eu não fazia ideia da complexidade (vim saber depois de alguns anos o tamanho da extensão de determinados problemas que tive), ele nunca me assustou no consultório, ou me conduziu a um medo desnecessário. Sempre se posicionou com alternativas, e me conduzindo a um excelente tratamento.
Eu tenho certeza sim, que ele é um excelente médico!
A espera pela consulta é longa sim, dias bons 1:30, dias mais difíceis 4 horas. Eu sempre aviso a todas que me perguntam dele sobre esse inconveniente. O mais cômico, é que demora, e o consultório vive cheio, a agenda vive lotada! Mais uma prova que vale a pena a espera. E certamente havendo uma emergência ele irá atender!
Eu recomendo completamente! E a toda a equipe dele, que sempre nos atende com prontidão e cordialidade.

I have millions of problems that would prevent me from being a mother, I had a medical record completely unfavorable to it. At no point did the doctor condemn me to this sentence, and believing that, today I am the mother of a 3-year-old girl who he helped to come into the world. Even with a risky pregnancy, full of mishaps, and situations that I had no idea of the complexity (came to know after a few years extension of the size of certain problems I had), he never scared me in the office, or led me to a fear unnecessary. Always positioned with alternatives, and leading me to an excellent treatment.

The wait for the consultation is long yes, good days 1:30, hard days 4 hours. I always warn everyone who asks me about him about this inconvenience. The most comical thing is that it takes a long time, and the office is full, the schedule is full! One more proof worth the wait. And surely if there is an emergency he will attend!
