★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da clínica há 10 anos, queria parabenizar o ótimo atendimento, os profissionais são excelentes, nunca tive problemas com espera demasiada, pois normalmente os horários marcados foram respeitados, a estrutura é muito boa, confortável e o protocolo de segurança não deixou a desejar, frente à pandemia atual.

Eu tinha o plano de saúde Bradesco Dental. A atendente desta clínica marcou uma consulta para o dentista João Barreto.
No dia da consulta, esperei por 1h15 para ser atendida e quando cheguei ao consultório o dentista disse que a atendente havia esquecido de avisá-lo que eu tinha chegado e por isso esperei tanto. Já começou ruim.
Ao me consultar, esse dentista disse que não atendia o meu plano. Mais um erro da funcionária da clínica, que me encaminhou para um profissional que não atendia meu plano. Mais tempo perdido.
João Barreto mesmo assim me passou para fazer uma panorâmica para eu economizar tempo e já levar o exame para o outro dentista conveniado. Ele disse que era só chegar em qualquer laboratório conveniado com a guia dele e fazer.
Chegando no laboratório, lá disseram que eu só podia fazer o exame se o próprio dentista liberasse após verificar a disponibilidade com o plano ou por meio de um prontuário. Coisas que o dentista não me disse e nem havia feito. Mais um tempo perdido.
Eu me irritei tanto, que cancelei o meu plano, que era anual e me custou quase mil reais, que paguei à vista. Se eu tivesse usado esse dinheiro em um dentista particular, eu teria feito todos os procedimentos de uma só vez, sem burocracia e ainda sobraria dinheiro.
Tanto a atendente quanto o dentista me passaram informações erradas. Perdi tempo, paguei estacionamento, deixei de ganhar dinheiro por perder horas de trabalho e ainda tive que pagar os meses de carência que nem pude usar o plano.
Péssima experiência.
TOTAL DISPREPARATION OF PROFESSIONALS.
I had the Bradesco Dental health plan. The attendant of this clinic made an appointment for the dentist João Barreto.
On the day of the consultation, I waited for 1h15 to be attended and when I arrived at the office the dentist said that the attendant had forgotten to tell him that I had arrived and that is why I waited so long. It started bad.
When he saw me, this dentist said he did not follow my plan. Another mistake by the clinic employee, who referred me to a professional who did not meet my plan. More wasted time.
João Barreto still gave me an overview to save time and take the exam to the other dentist. He said it was enough to arrive at any laboratory that has an agreement with his guide and do it.
Arriving at the laboratory, they said that I could only do the exam if the dentist himself released after checking availability with the plan or through a medical record. Things the dentist didn't say to me and hadn't done. Another wasted time.
I got so upset, that I canceled my plan, which was annual and cost me almost a thousand reais, which I paid in cash. If I had used this money at a private dentist, I would have done all the procedures in one go, without red tape and there would still be money left over.
Both the attendant and the dentist gave me the wrong information. I wasted time, paid for parking, stopped making money for losing hours of work and still had to pay for the grace months that I couldn't even use the plan.
Bad experience.

A pessoa espera 2 meses, na esperança de finalmente se tratar de ansiedade e sai de lá PIOR do que entrou, pra uma médica totalmente SEM ÉTICA dizer que o caso "pode ser demônio", ainda passa remédio para bipolaridade, na primeira consulta, sendo que é um caso de ansiedade. Péssimo profissional! Se é que se pode chamar de profissional uma pessoa dessa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passando pra indicar a clínica como um local ótimo para atendimento. Moro perto e sempre que busco especialistas em odontologia, oftalmologia e psicologia, dou preferência a eles. Devido à localização, estacionamento próprio, ambiente agradável e limpo. Me sinto muito bem lá. Ah! Como nada é perfeito, em uma de minhas consultas tive um tempo de espera que me chateou , mas os gestores foram solicitos e resolveram prontamente minha insatisfação. Afinal, é conversando que se entende! Portanto, faço uso e recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de marcar eu procurei informações sobre esse estabelecimento e vi vários cometários de péssimo atendimento...e concluo que é sim, marquei com mais de um mês essa consulta e quando foi hoje, mandaram uma msg desmarcando minha consulta informando que a dra não ia poder atender porque ia estar no curso..
gente isso é uma falta de respeito com o cliente, poderia ter ligado muito antes pra avisar e esses cursos não aparece do dia pra noite.....
pior que ela não informa nem outra data pra remarcar a atendente que ainda ia falar com a Dra Vladia pra perguntar se pode encaixar......
Esse povo pensa que a a gente não tem compromissos. e

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica completamente mal organizanda. Se for a tarde, espere para sair a noite. sou paciente daí a mais de 2 anos e hoje me acontece uma coisa absurda. Se negam a renovar minhas receitas de USO DIÁRIO e medicações CONTROLADAS com a justificativa de que não sou atendida por um médico de lá a mais de 60 dias. Sendo que se você não pode ir a uma consulta, a marcação para outra consulta é sempre de 2/3 meses após a consulta que você não foi. uma completa falta de respeito. Como você vai comparecer a uma a cada 1 mês, se você não pode ir em uma e Marcam para daqui a 3 meses? Lógica ridícula. Marquei em outra clínica e por isso não compareci mais aí, e mesmo assim tenho prontuário de mais de 2 anos nesse lugar e se negam a renovar receitas de medicações que NÃO POSSO FICAR SEM. Podem ter certeza que aí eu nunca mais piso, e eirei falar mal pra qualquer pessoa que pensar em ir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento que deixa a desejar. Não recomendo essa clínica de forma alguma. Desorganização nos horários, vc não é atendido na hora marcada. Estou esperando por um bom tempo por uma consulta que já deveria ter acontecido.
