★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conheço a empresa. Mas julgo a conduta desrespeitosa com os vizinhos próximos ao estabelecimento, fazendo reformas e ligando furadeiras e aparelhos que incomodam as 5:00, 6:00 da manhã!
 I don't know the company. But I judge the conduct disrespectful to the neighbors close to the establishment, making renovations and turning on drills and appliances that bother at 5:00, 6:00 in the morning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A médica Yasha uma das melhores que já fui, atendimento muito humanizado, porém a clínica e os agendamentos para exame de ultra um absurdo o desrespeito e descaso. Por três vezes os exames foram remarcados porque a médica não ia e em cima da hora, uma das vezes eu já estava na clínica inclusive. A terceira vez remarcaram faltando 40 minutos pro horário e para 3 dias depois e no mesmo dia já cancelaram de novo pela 4° vez. Um absurdo! Minha última experiência infelizmente, mesmo a médica sendo maravilhosa.
Dr. Yasha is one of the best I've ever been, very humanized care, but the clinic and the appointments for the ultra exam are absurd, the disrespect and disregard. Three times the exams were rescheduled because the doctor didn't come and at the last minute, one time I was already at the clinic. The third time they rescheduled 40 minutes to schedule and for 3 days later and on the same day they canceled again for the 4th time. Nonsense! My last experience unfortunately, even though the doctor was wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma clínica de péssimo atendimento, com profissionais que não respeitam os pacientes, ficam conversando na recepção e não respondem os pacientes, banheiro sujo, uma espera sem fim, sempre com uma espera de 2 a 3h mesmo com horário MERCADO!!!! Não recomendo a ninguém!!!!
A bad service clinic, with professionals who don't respect patients, keep talking at the reception and don't answer patients, dirty bathroom, an endless wait, always with a wait of 2 to 3 hours even with MARKET hours!!!! I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica péssima, temperatura interna muito quente, atendentes enrolados, no dia do atendimento de minha namorada a internet não estava funcionando, o sistema não tinha controle de chamadas, a médica Romeika chegou com mais de 1h de atrasado, não deram nem previsão se o exame seria realizado, nem alternativa diante do imprevisto. Resumindo, tivemos de cancelar ou remarcar em outra clínica. Não recomendo.
Terrible clinic, very hot internal temperature, attendants wrapped up, on the day of my girlfriend's appointment the internet was not working, the system did not have call control, the doctor Romeika arrived more than 1 hour late, they didn't even give a forecast if the exam would be carried out, nor an alternative in the face of the unforeseen. In short, we had to cancel or reschedule at another clinic. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Fiz uma ultra morfológica e foi péssima experiência, a ultrassonografista mal falava, inclusive não pude ver o meu bebê, diz ela que a tela tava quebrada e pior ainda não permitiu que meu acompanhante filmasse.
Nunca mais voltarei !
Bad experience! I had a morphological ultrasound and it was a bad experience, the sonographer barely spoke, I couldn't even see my baby, she says the screen was broken and even worse, she didn't allow my companion to film.
I will never go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, marcaram de 08:30 minha ultra e só fui atendida de 10:30 isso pq falaram que só tinha 2 pessoas na minha frente. Detalhe estou gestante já perto de ter neném e tive que esperar 2 horas pra fazer uma ultra simples. Nunca mais volto aqui!! Atendimento péssimo TB atendentes antipática e não dão informações direito a pessoa !! Horrível !!! Não indico e não aconselho a ninguém a vim e principalmente se for gestante muito cansativo para nós !!!
Terrible, they scheduled my ultrasound at 8:30 am and I was only attended at 10:30 am, because they said there were only 2 people in front of me. Detail I'm pregnant and I'm already close to having a baby and I had to wait 2 hours to do a simple ultra. I will never come back here!! Terrible service TB unfriendly attendants and do not give the right information to the person !! Horrible !!! I do not recommend and do not advise anyone to come and especially if you are pregnant, very tiring for us !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica sem responsabilidade com horários. Você fica esperando horas para ser atendida para uma ultra, (portanto em jejum) e só dão respostas genéricas na recepção, não resolvem nada. Cheguei cedo e disseram que só havia uma pessoa na fila e que meu exame seria de encaixe (mas que a médica ia alternando, logo chamaria o meu nome mesmo sendo encaixe), porém isso não ocorreu, demorou bastante. A única vantagem foi de fato o exame com a médica, muito educada, tranquila e competente.
Clinic without responsibility with schedules. You wait for hours to be seen for an ultrasound (so fasting) and they only give generic answers at reception, they don't solve anything. I arrived early and they said that there was only one person in the queue and that my exam would be a fit (but the doctor would alternate, soon she would call my name even though it was a fit), but that didn't happen, it took a long time. The only advantage was actually the examination with the doctor, who was very polite, calm and competent.

Minha primeira vez na clínica FERTILE para uma consulta obstetrícia com a dr. Almerinda Fernandes, pra nunca mais, fui embora porque passei mal com a raiva que passei. Grávidas e idosos não tem preferência, se estiver lendo esta mensagem e tiver plano de saúde, recorra a outra clinica. Minha consulta estava marcada com 1 mes de antecedência as 15h30, cheguei às 14h35, e sai sem atendimento às 16h30. Todas as mulheres que chegavam colocavam na minha frente, 2 vezes informei que sou preferencial, estou gestante, tenho necessidades, questionei o porque muitas pessoas chegaram depois de mim e estavam sendo atendidas e a recepcionista informou que tinha 10 pessoas pra serem atendida e havia 3 na minha frente, mas a clinica tinha 5 pessoas ou menos e a hora passando e nada .... Estou gravida 33 semanas, com exames atrasados e sem acompanhamento, tenho necessidades que precisam ser observadas e me ignoraram. Marquei meu atendimento na clínica da mulher ao lado recomendo para gestantes

My first time at the FERTILE clinic for an obstetrics appointment with dr. Almerinda Fernandes, never again, I left because I felt sick with the anger I went through. Pregnant and elderly have no preference, if you are reading this message and have health insurance, use another clinic. My appointment was scheduled 1 month in advance at 3:30 pm, I arrived at 2:35 pm, and left unattended at 4:30 pm. All the women who arrived put it in front of me, 2 times I informed that I am preferred, I am pregnant, I have needs, I asked why many people arrived after me and were being attended to and the receptionist informed that there were 10 people to be attended and there were 3 in front of me, but the clinic had 5 people or less and the time passed and nothing .... I'm 33 weeks pregnant, with late exams and no follow-up, I have needs that need to be observed and they ignored me. I booked my appointment at the woman's clinic next door I recommend it for pregnant women
