★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que atendimento excepcional! Fiquei muito grato pelo atendimento desde a recepção até o médico. As recepcionistas, inclusive quem me atendeu foi Rafaela (não esqueço jamais do nome dela) e foi 100% prestativa. Parabéns à clinica e, sobretudo, aos envolvidos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recorremos à Clínica de Fraturas Natal para um atendimento de urgência, durante o feriado de Carnaval. O atendimento inicial, via telefone, foi excelente; assim como o atendimento na clínica - tanto da recepcionista, quanto do médico de plantão (Dr. Marciano) e do operador de raio-x.
We use the Natal Fracture Clinic for emergency care during the Carnival holiday. The initial service, via telephone, was excellent; as well as the care at the clinic - both from the receptionist, the doctor on duty (Dr. Marciano) and the x-ray operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os telefones não atendem e pra acabar de completar, o atendimento automático do WhatsApp é um dos piores que eu já vi na minha vida. Estou tentando marcar consulta pra minha avó, que tá com a coluna toda lascada, há 3 dias e NADA. Era bom que se fosse pra modernizar as coisas elas pelo menos funcionassem. Horrível.
The phones don't answer and to finish off, the automatic answering of WhatsApp is one of the worst I've ever seen in my life. I'm trying to make an appointment for my grandmother, who has a broken spine for 3 days and NOTHING. It was good that if it was to modernize things they would at least work. Horrible.

Great service, whenever I go for an appointment or exam, I am well attended by the receptionists, where they always answer all my questions. I find it very useful to schedule an appointment via whatsapp at the clinic, as it saves me time. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

O local é bem cheio, acredito que pq tem muitos idosos, acabam demorando com as atendentes e nas salas, a espera foi mais de uma hora após a hora marcada, mas como eu disse, os idosos demoram muito nas salas. Depois que eu entrei a consulta foi boa e rápida com Dr Tiago. Indico sim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que dizer de um telefone que não atende? O que dizer de um serviço de whatsapp que não o põe em contato com alguém da empresa e também não atende frente às opções disponíveis? O mínimo que deveriam estabelecer é um canal de comunicação eficaz com os clientes/pacientes. Se disponibilizam tais canais, o mínimo que se espera é que funcionem! Em pleno século 21, difícil de entender o contexto. Será que o mercado está tão escasso de profissionais assim? Outros comentários postados nesta plataforma só corroboram com o status quo narrado. Que os "administradores" (parecem não responder aos comentários, nem sequer ler etc) atentem para resolver esta questão básica.
What about a phone that doesn't answer? What about a whatsapp service that doesn't put you in contact with someone in the company and also doesn't meet the available options? The least they should establish is an effective communication channel with clients/patients. If such channels are available, the least that is expected is that they work! In the middle of the 21st century, difficult to understand the context. Is the market so scarce of professionals like that? Other comments posted on this platform only corroborate the narrated status quo. Let the "administrators" (they don't seem to respond to comments, don't even read etc) take care to resolve this basic issue.
