Os proprietários da clínica deveriam saber que a Dra. Claudia chega atrasada, deixando pacientes esperando sem qualquer satisfação ou pedido de desculpas. Será que tomarão alguma providência? Na cidade está cheio de médicos responsáveis querendo trabalhar. Ela não deve ser a única endocrinologista disponível. Aliás, de disponivel ela não tem nada. Para começar tempo.
Total desrespeito ao público. Fui embora cansada de tanto esperar!!!!
Cobram valet de 10,00 para estacionar na garagem da própria clinica.

Clinic owners should know that Dr. Claudia is late, leaving patients waiting without any satisfaction or apology. Will they take any action? In the city is full of responsible doctors wanting to work. She should not be the only endocrinologist available. In fact, she has nothing available. To start time.
Total disrespect to the public. I left tired of waiting so much !!!!
They charge 10.00 valet to park in the garage of the clinic itself.

Os problemas começaram antes mesmo de eu chegar ao consultório: liguei para saber se havia onde prender a bicicleta. A atendente, com rispidez que foi confirmada como caracteristica mais tarde, disse que não, mas que eu poderia prender no portão da clínica.
Ao chegar, fui praticamente expulsa pelo 'capitão' do estacionamento, que já foi me tocando da entrada e sequer quis me ouvir perguntar se eu poderia deixar a Bike nos fundos do prédio (que parecia seguro). Estava parando em um poste no fim do quarteirão quando um vizinho apareceu e ofereceu sua casa como garagem (sorte).
Na clínica, a atendente não olhou para mim nenhuma vez enquanto pegava meus documentos. Depois me pediu para subir e aguardar que "a Dra. Já vai te chamar". Passaram 40' até que a simpática foi fechar a janela para concluir seu expediente e me encontrou na sala, esperando. Mais surpresa que eu (enfim, uma reação não robótica), me perguntou se eu havia sido atendida porque a Dra. Já tinha saído"fazia uns 10'".
Serviço péssimo, zero cordialidade ao telefone, prédio em mau estado de conservação e a certeza de que eu nunca mais agendo nada nessa clínica nem com essa profissional, que vai embora sem terminar o seu trabalho.
HUGE CLINIC!
The problems started before I even got to the office: I called to find out where to attach the bike. The clerk, gruffly confirmed later, said no, but I could lock it at the clinic gate.
Upon arrival, I was practically expelled by the 'captain' of the parking lot, who was already touching me from the entrance and didn't even want to hear me ask if I could leave the bike in the back of the building (which seemed safe). He was stopping at a post at the end of the block when a neighbor showed up and offered his house as a garage (luck).
At the clinic, the clerk didn't look at me once as she retrieved my documents. Then he asked me to come up and wait for "Dr. Already call you." It was 40 'until the friendly girl closed the window to finish her work and found me in the living room, waiting. More surprising than me (at last, a non-robotic reaction), he asked me if I had been answered because Dr. Already had "gone about 10 '".
Bad service, zero cordiality on the phone, bad building and the certainty that I will never do anything again at this clinic or with this professional, who leaves without finishing her work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei endocrinologista nesta clínica, me ligaram no dia anterior para confirmar, ok, confirmado. Chegando lá, a atendente diz que a médica não vai mais atender porque teve um compromisso, disse que me ligou 3 vezes as 18h da noite e eu não atendi SENDO QUE, não tinha nenhum registro de ligação em meu celular as 18h.
Se eu """não atendi""" neste horário, por que não me ligaste no período da manhã???
Um descaso, nem parece que trabalha com área da saúde, sem amor a profissão.
I booked an endocrinologist at this clinic, they called me the day before to confirm, ok, confirmed. Não agendem nada nessa "clínica". Estava com consulta agendada há tempos, sendo que era urgente e vou viajar amanhã. Hoje me desloquei 13 km em um super trânsito e calor, para chegar lá e me falarem que ontem tentaram me ligar pra desmarcar pois o médico não foi. Não há nenhum registro no meu celular e deveriam ter tido no mínimo a decência de mandar um Whats ou sms. Isso é um absurdo e completo descaso, deveriam fechar esse lugar.
Terrible!
They don't schedule anything at this "clinic". I had an appointment for a long time, and it was urgent and I will travel tomorrow. Today I moved 13 km in a super traffic and heat, to get there and tell me that yesterday tried to call me to clear because the doctor was not. There are no records on my phone and they should have at least had the decency to send a Whats or sms. This is absurd and complete neglect, they should close this place.

Depois de uma hora de espera, tive que ir embora sem ser atendida pela endocrinologista Claudia, porque tinha horário para trabalhar, conforme já havia avisado as atendentes antecipadamente tanto na hora de marcar o horário, quando no momento em que cheguei à clínica. Não sei quanto aos outros médicos, mas não indico a consulta com a Dra. Claudia, pois honestamente duvido da capacidade de um médico que não tem nenhum respeito com os pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Dra. Cláudia costuma atender muito bem, gosta de saber do histórico do paciente, geralmente tem vaga na agenda com mais facilidade que outros médicos. Mas um grande problema é que atrasa muito o atendimento. Sua agenda deve ser melhor organizada, pois em algumas vezes que fui na clínica cheguei a aguardar por até 1h30. Se nós, pobres mortais, chegarmos numa clínica com um mínimo de atraso, muito provavelmente não seremos atendidos. Mas se os médicos não nos atendem no horário, qual a punição para eles, cara Amil?
Dr. Cláudia usually attends very well, likes to know the patient's history, usually has a place on the agenda more easily than other doctors. But a big problem is that it delays the service a lot. Your schedule should be better organized, because on some occasions that I went to the clinic I even waited until 1:30 am. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endocrinologista péssimo, ja passei em outras e senti a diferença, não me pesou, mal leu meus exames, sou depressiva e ansiosa fora a compulsao por doces, falou “seu problema se resolve com dieta” como assim? E a diabetes? E a compulsao por doces? E meus 32k acima? Para completar abriu a porta comigo sentada na cadeira, não indico para ninguem, só perdi meu tempo, e para fechar super grosso.

And diabetes? What about compulsion for sweets? And my 32k above? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei minha consulta às 09:00 o que me foi dito que era o primeiro horário. Eu cheguei às 08:35 mas a clínica só foi abrir as 08:53. A médica chegou as 09:07 e para minha surpresa eu não fui o primeiro a ser chamado. Achei um desrespeito total com o paciente (cliente).
I booked my appointment at 9:00 am which I was told was the first time. I arrived at 08:35 but the clinic only opened at 08:53. The doctor arrived at 9:07 am and to my surprise I wasn't the first to be called. I found total disrespect with the patient (client).
