★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na verdade não foi eu,mas minha esposa ,que ligou no sábado dia 29/05/2021 às 09:05 da manhã.
Foi muito mal atendida via telefone ,pela recepcionista ,que era muito áspera chegando a ser grossa ,parecendo de atendia e passava as informações com má vontade a clínica em si deve ser muito boa com excelentes médicos (as) ,mas o atendimento na recepção via telefone deixa a desejar.
 Actually, it wasn't me, but my wife, who called on Saturday 29/05/2021 at 9:05 in the morning.
It was very poorly attended by phone, by the receptionist, who was very rough, even rude, seeming to answer and passed the information grudgingly, the clinic itself must be very good with excellent doctors, but the service at the reception via phone leaves something to be desired.

Marquei minha consulta pra 8h, cheguei com antecedência. Simplesmente passaram todas as pessoas que iriam fazer endoscopia na minha frente e só fui atendida às 10h50. Verdadeiro desrespeito com o cliente. Fora que, o horário
que a médica é pra vir é às 8h30, segundo a recepcionista, mas só veio 9h. Não tem o 'P' do perigo deu retornar pra esse local!
TERRIBLE!

Fui super doente atrás de uma consulta, pelo meu plano Amil e chegando lá a recepção pediu meu RG e não me informou que nao tinha incluído ainda meu dados para fila de espera, eu que ficava perguntando.
Entrei na minha consulta com otorrinolaringologista médio tava no celular e continuou sem falar nada, após alguns minutos se tocou que eu tava lá e me perguntou que eu queria, resumindo pedi exames ele me passou atraves de papeis, e saí arrasada pois esperei 3 horas para uma consulta que não durou 3 minutos que eu fiquei falando sozinha. Não indico para niguem essa clínica.
I have a terrible service, from the reception to the doctor.
I was super sick after an appointment, due to my Amil plan and when I got there, the reception asked for my ID and didn't inform me that I hadn't included my data for the waiting list, I kept asking.
I entered my appointment with the average otolaryngologist, I was on my cell phone and still said nothing, after a few minutes it came to me that I was there and he asked me what I wanted, in short, I asked for exams he gave me through papers, and I left devastated because I waited 3 hours for a consultation that didn't last 3 minutes that I was talking to myself. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre bem atendida pelo Dr Felizardo.E logrei êxito nos resultados.Tem a questão da Humanização no atendimento.Mas um bom RH ajuda.
Always well attended by Dr Felizardo. And I was successful in the results. There is the issue of Humanization in the service. But a good HR helps.

Cuidadosa, gentil e extremamente capacitada. Saí do consultório sem nenhuma dúvida e extremamente satisfeita.
