Geograficamente e aonde eles(meus pais) se localizem; EU OS AMO DA MESMA FORMA....
I never imagined a medical professional dismissing the patient with such rudeness and indifference ..... The learning remains ..... the client needs welcoming and kindness; your pain should not be detailed geographically .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento é preços acessíveis. Só o horário de abertura da clínica para exames que é muito tarde. 8h para ainda estar em jejum não é muito agradável. Acredito que a experiência deve ser pior para crianças e adultos.
Good service is affordable. Only the clinic's opening hours for exams, which is too late. 8 am to still be fasting is not very pleasant. I believe that the experience should be worse for children and adults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento! Minha esposa esta tentando marcar Ginecologista pelo Zap, e a pessoa responsavel pelo atendimento leva 2 dias pra responder. Qdo responde, pergunta se AINDA está interessada. Minha esposa responde q SIM, e simplesmente não há retorno! Minha esposa pergunta novamente, a pessoa fica on line, vê a msg e NÃO RESPONDE! Vcs só podem estar de brincadeira! Nunca vi atendimento pior do q essa clínica! Melhor fechar! Queria dar nota zero, mas 1 estrela é pra mostrar minha completa indignação.
Terrible attendance! My wife is trying to book a Gynecologist at Zap, and the person responsible for the service takes 2 days to answer. When he answers, he asks if he is STILL interested. My wife says yes, and there is simply no return! My wife asks again, the person goes online, sees the message and DOES NOT ANSWER! You can only be kidding! I've never seen worse care than this clinic! Better close! I wanted to give a grade of zero, but 1 star is to show my complete indignation.

NOTA 0, cartão de visita de um estabelecimento, seja qual for, começa pelo acolhimento, no pronto atendimento, com informações , pelo número telefone disponível em sua página na internet.
