Estou com um dente que precisa ser feito um canal, cheia de dores e a base de analgĂ©sicos. Primeiramente fui remarcada 2 vezes por falta de comprometimento e logo apĂłs a Ășltima remarcação fui atĂ© a clĂnica para fazer o canal e me informam naquele momento que eu precisaria da assinatura de um responsĂĄvel, tinha ido com a minha irmĂŁ de 23 anos, meu pai trabalha e nĂŁo moro com minha mĂŁe. Em nenhum momento na hora da marcação me informaram desta assinatura e sigo a base de analgĂ©sicos. NĂŁo indico para ninguem! Uma falta de comprometimento e empatia com os pacientes.
I would like to inform my indignation and lack of commitment to the patients of this clinic. I have a tooth that needs to be made into a canal, full of pain and pain relievers. First I was rescheduled 2 times for lack of commitment and right after the last appointment I went to the clinic to do the channel and they inform me at that moment that I would need the signature of a responsible person, I had gone with my 23 year old sister, my father works and I don't live with my mother. At no time at the time of the appointment I was informed of this signature and I follow the analgesics base. I don't recommend it to anyone! A lack of commitment and empathy with patients.
