★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei o atendimento pelo WhatsApp e perguntei se aceitavam odontoprev. Responderam q sim. Saí de Saquarema, fui pra Araruama e qd cheguei a atendente (muito antipática) disse q se aceitasse teria q ter o pedido (papel timbrado odontoprev)e teria q ver se o meu plano iria cobrir o exame. Esse tipo de informação teria q ter sido passado pelo WhatsApp . Enfim......sorte ou azar o plano não cobria...tive q pagar mais caro por ser no cartão.
Péssimo atendimento!!!!!
I started the service through WhatsApp and asked if they accepted odontoprev. They answered yes. I left Saquarema, went to Araruama and when I arrived the attendant (very unfriendly) said if I accepted I would have to have the request (letterhead odontoprev) and would have to see if my plan would cover the exam. This type of information would have been passed by WhatsApp. Anyway......lucky or unlucky the plan didn't cover...I had to pay more because it was on the card.
Terrible attendance!!!!!
