â â â â â Entrei em contato por telefone com a empresa com a finalidade de agendar uma avaliação a qual fui informada pela atendente que nĂŁo seria necessĂĄrio o agendamento, que para avaliaçÔes o atendimento seria feito por ordem de chegada. Fui informada que a empresa atenderia atĂ© Ă s 17h. Meu marido e eu chegamos por volta das 16h. Demos nossos nomes e ficamos aguardando atendimento. Outras pessoas estavam aguardando tbm. Quando foi 16:45, a recepcionista foi em cada pessoa informar que o atendimento nĂŁo mais seria possĂvel, pois jĂĄ estava quase na hora de encerrar o atendimento. Como assim.? Ficamos esperando por nada? O certo nĂŁo seria atender a todos que jĂĄ estavam lĂĄ independente da hora? Pessoas canceralam compromissos para serem atendidas pelo dentista... Achei muito desrespeito.
I contacted the company by phone with the purpose of scheduling an evaluation which I was informed by the attendant that scheduling would not be necessary, that for evaluations the service would be done on a first-come, first-served basis. I was informed that the company would attend until 5pm. My husband and I arrived around 4pm. We gave our names and waited for assistance. Other people were also waiting. When it was 16:45, the receptionist went to each person to inform that the service would no longer be possible, as it was almost time to end the service. As well.? Are we waiting for anything? Wouldn't it be right to serve everyone who was already there regardless of the time? People cancel appointments to be attended by the dentist ... I found it very disrespectful.

As recepcionistas nĂŁo deixaram eu falar com a dentista Renata nem se quer leu os requisitos que eu mandei por WhatsApp para poder ser ressarcida. Nota zero pelo olhar de desdĂ©m e preconceito que vocĂȘs tĂȘm com quem dizem clientes. Poderia ter 50 mil reais no bolso que nĂŁo gastaria mais um centavo aĂ. Poderia fazer um B.O e recorrer aos meus direitos. Pois tenho provas de que nĂŁo deixaram eu falar com Dr. Renata e ainda me mandaram ĂĄudio de qualquer jeito no WhatsApp.
I was underserved from the time I got there. The receptionists wouldn't let me talk to the dentist Renata or even read the requirements I sent via WhatsApp in order to be reimbursed. Score zero for the look of disdain and prejudice you have with those who say customers. I could have 50 thousand reais in my pocket that I wouldn't spend another cent there. I could do a B.O and claim my rights. Because I have proof that they didn't let me talk to Dr. Renata and they even sent me audio anyway on WhatsApp.
