★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei hoje 18/12, 2 vezes, atenderam o telefone, não falaram nada e ficaram de conversa com outra pessoa... parecia que queria desligar, mas não foi feito e fiquei ouvindo a conversa sem nem me responderem nada.... pelo visto não querem atender ninguém e atendem ou acham que desligaram o telefone pra ficar de papinho o resto do dia.... o povo só quer o salário no final do mês... mas trabalhar... bizarro!!!!! Escrevendo só para que caia nas mãos responsáveis, pois com certeza estão perdendo clientes...
I called today 12/18, twice, they answered the phone, they didn't say anything and they were talking to someone else... it seemed like I wanted to hang up, but it wasn't done and I listened to the conversation without even answering anything... visa they do not want to meet anyone and answer or think they hung up the phone to chat for the rest of the day.... people just want their salary at the end of the month... but work... bizarre!!!!! Writing just so that it falls into responsible hands, as they are certainly losing customers...
