★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo da recepção, e principalmente de médica no lugar. A recepcionista não olhou em minha cara e nem perguntou meus dados, apenas pegou meu RG. A médica dermatologista ao me avaliar chamou minhas pintas de feias, mesmo sem eu ter pedido avaliação delas, usou linguagem negativa para se referir do meu problema de saúde e mencionou “a culpa pelo seu problema de saúde é toda sua, você está muito descuidado”. Isso vai contra o código de ética médico. Atendimento horripilante, e se comprometeram em me dar um retorno com pedido de desculpas e até hoje nada.
Lousy service from the reception, and mainly from the doctor in place. The receptionist did not look me in the face or ask for my data, just took my ID. The dermatologist when evaluating me called my spots ugly, even without asking me to evaluate them, used negative language to refer to my health problem and mentioned “the fault for your health problem is all yours, you are very careless” . This goes against the medical code of ethics. Horrifying service, and they promised to give me a return with an apology and until today nothing.
