★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui duas vezes levar meus filhos, a médica Dra Maíra é excelente...uma profissional maravilhosa, porém as atendentes não estão preparadas pra lidar com pessoas.
Hoje liguei pra marcar consulta, a atendente disse que só tem pra fevereiro, eu disse, ah mas estou precisando tanto...ela nem se quer perguntou meu convênio,se era particular ou não, e nem falou de pegar meu contato pra que se houvesse desistência pra ela me ligar...infelizmente as atendentes são muito mal preparadas.
I went twice to take my children, the doctor Dra Maíra is excellent ... a wonderful professional, but the attendants are not prepared to deal with people.
Today I called to make an appointment, the attendant said that it is only for February, I said, oh but I need it so much ... she didn't even want to ask my agreement, if it was private or not, and she didn't even mention getting my contact so that there was a withdrawal for her to call me ... unfortunately the attendants are very poorly prepared.
