Marquei consulta com uma das dentistas, me organizei para estar no horário, inclusive justificando minha ausência no trabalho. Chegando no local a recepcionista me informou que por algum motivo não foi agendado, mesmo apresentando o agendamento pela própria clinica com as confirmações da consulta.
Não recomendo!!!
Total neglect with the customer!
I made an appointment with one of the dentists, organized myself to be on time, including justifying my absence from work. Arriving at the place, the receptionist informed me that for some reason it was not scheduled, even presenting the appointment by the clinic itself with the confirmation of the consultation.
I do not recommend!!!
