Na primeira consulta achei o médico excelente, Dr. Mauro especialista em ombro, e já são 3 semanas consecutivas que a atendente diz que ele não pode atender meu retorno, quer me colocar outro profissional da Clínica que não é especialista em ombro, não aceitei, se busquei um especialista foi pq já passei por outro ortopedista geral e não resolveu, hoje estou cheia de dores, com resultado da ressonância, aguardando diagnóstico pra iniciar tratamento, tomei medição q ele passou, tinha q dar retorno enfim, são 3 semanas consecutivas tentando retornar e o a atendente Sheila cancela minha consulta, tentando me colocar outro profissional, um descaso, falta de comprometimento com o paciente. 01 semana ainda é compreensível, mas 3 semanas consecutivas! Acho que um médico desmarcar um paciente em tratamento semanas consecutivas não é legal, lamentável!

At the first appointment I found the excellent doctor, Dr. Mauro shoulder specialist, and it's been 3 consecutive weeks that the attendant says he can't answer my return, wants to put me another professional from the Clinic who is not a shoulder specialist, I didn't accept, if I looked for a specialist it was because I've been through another general orthopedist and it didn't solve it, today I'm full of pain, with the result of the resonance, waiting for diagnosis to start treatment, I took the measurement that he passed, I had to give a return anyway, it's been 3 consecutive weeks trying to return and the attendant Sheila cancels my appointment, trying to get me placing another professional, a lack of commitment, lack of commitment to the patient. 01 week is still understandable, but 3 consecutive weeks! I think a doctor unchecking a patient in treatment for consecutive weeks is not cool, unfortunate!
