 For a few years I have been consulting at this clinic with Dr Rafael in several episodes of pain in the shoulders, lumbar, ankle and I have achieved satisfactory results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei com uma dor insuportável na coluna q mal podia respirar. Qdo abri a porta da clínica tinha umas 30 pessoas dentro de um espaço mto pequeno. Lugar mto cheio e sem infraestrutura. Sempre mandam vc fazer RX coisa obrigatória pra quem vai la. RX dos antigos q nem dá pra ver as imagens direito. Nunca mais!!!!
I arrived with an unbearable pain in the spine that I could barely breathe. When I opened the clinic door I had about 30 people inside a small space. Very full place and without infrastructure. You always have to do RX thing obligatory for who goes there. RX of the old q neither can see the images right. Never again !!!!

O "médico" Rafael Baptista Farias é super antipático. Levei minha noiva com uma fratura de quinto metatarso para acompanhamento médico, porém o profissional não realializou nem uma anamnese, não recolheu queixa principal muito menos HDA e HPP ou quaisquer outros componentes de uma avaliação de clínica médica. Alem disso, realizou uma radiografia de baixa qualidade totalmente radiopaca. Mostrou pouco conhecimento em anatomia do aparelho locomotor, biomecânica e traumatologia. Mostrou-se incomodado e irritado quando questionei e pedi explicações sobre como ele montou o "diagnóstico clínico". Nós apenas desejávamos uma explicação para entendermos sua linha de pensamento, assim como sua propedêutica e prognónostico. O médico ficou totalmente descontrolado sendo nítido seu pouco embasamento teórico e clinico. O curioso disso tudo é que seu incômodo todo começou quando ele descobriu que eu sou da área da saúde (universitário). Peço desculpas ao "médico" pois o mundo evoluiu e o conhecimento não está mais apenas nas suas mãos.
I do not recommend this clinic to anyone, as my experience was horrible.
The "doctor" Rafael Baptista Farias is super unfriendly. I took my fiancée with a fifth metatarsal fracture for medical follow-up, but the professional did not complete a history, did not collect a major complaint, much less HDA and HPP or any other components of a medical clinic evaluation. In addition, he performed a low quality radiography that was totally radiopaque. He showed little knowledge of anatomy of the locomotor system, biomechanics and traumatology. He was uncomfortable and irritated when I asked and asked for explanations about how he set up the "clinical diagnosis". We just wanted an explanation to understand his line of thought, as well as its propaedeutic and prognosis. The doctor was totally out of control and his little theoretical and clinical background was clear. The curious thing about all this is that his discomfort started when he discovered that I am from the health area (university). I apologize to the "doctor" because the world has evolved and knowledge is no longer just in your hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Demorei uma hora e meia pra ser atendida pelo único ortopedista que tinha no local. Infraestrutura péssima, com exceção do ar condicionado. Lugar pequeno demais para tanta gente ser atendida e ainda por cima pagando plano de saúde!!! Tem UPA com mais infraestrutura e mais médicos do que esta clínica falida!!!
Terrible! It took me an hour and a half to be taken care of by the only orthopedist I had on the spot. Poor infrastructure, except the air conditioning. Place too small for so many people to be taken care of and above all paying health insurance !!! Has UPA with more infrastructure and more doctors than this bankruptcy clinic !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rafael e Dr. Hamilcar atendem minha família há muito tempo e sempre foram ótimos profissionais e o atendimento dos funcionários da recepção, raio x, imobilização são ótimos da mesma forma que os dois médicos. Confiamos plenamente nesses dois médicos. Super indico.
Dr. Raphael and Dr. Hamilcar has been taking care of my family for a long time and they have always been great professionals and the service of the reception staff, x-ray, immobilization are great in the same way as the two doctors. We fully trust these two doctors. I highly recommend.

The clinic is excellent, pleasant and refrigerated space. I was super well taken care of by everyone whenever I needed to return. Everyone was very kind to me. Dr. Hamilcar and Dr. Rafael are extremely caring and professional. They managed to solve my problem that other professionals didn't even discover. I trust and recommend with my eyes closed. I'm very grateful.
