★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje tinha uma consulta marcada com um especialista em mão nesse estabelecimento, o qual sempre que preciso vou e até então não tinha reclamação . Porém me recusei a ficar para consulta dessa vez. ESTAMOS EM UMA PANDEMIA, e não tinha nenhum esquema para isso nesse local, o que para mim caracteriza FALTA DE RESPEITO! O local estava cheio, com aglomeração de pessoas , local esse fechado e pequeno na área da recepção. Cadeiras coladas umas nas outras , sem sinalização e pessoas sentadas e em pé bem próximas umas das outras. É claro que sei que essas mesmas pessoas deveriam também se respeitar não se aglomerando, mas mesmo assim deveria ter alguém coordenando essa situação para que não se formasse essa situação de risco. Não havia. Para segurança dos funcionários e pacientes. Me retirei do local, não fiz a consulta por respeito a mim , a minha família e ao próximo. FIZ MINHA PARTE! Voltei com dor para casa , mas com a consciência em paz.

 Today I had an appointment with a specialist on hand at that establishment, which I go to whenever I need and until then I had no complaints. But I refused to stay for consultation this time. WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC, and there was no scheme for that in that place, which for me characterizes LACK OF RESPECT! The place was full, with a crowd of people, which was closed and small in the reception area. Chairs glued together, without signage and people sitting and standing very close to each other. Of course, I know that these same people should also respect each other by not crowding, but even so there should be someone coordinating this situation so that this risky situation does not form. There was not. For the safety of employees and patients. I left the place, I did not make the consultation out of respect for myself, my family and others. I MADE MY PART! I came home in pain, but with a clear conscience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência terrível neste lugar, passando pelo médico que tudo ele achava e tudo era relativo ,atendimento de uma imprecisão terrível ,paguei acho que foi 150.00 num ortopedista mas eram 2 médicos atendendo , esse que eu fui ,e o outro que segundo a recepção era especialista em coluna , mesmo falando na recepção que o atendimento foi horrível ainda tentei pagar o especialista que a consulta era de 400 reais iria pagar pois precisava sair com uma resposta dali , a recepção falou que não dava pra ele atender pois ele estava cheio!!
Logo quando vc entra na clínica e está aguardando na espera vc percebe a diferença entre o médico que eu passei pro outro que é o especialista na recepção do atendimento, só postei minha indignação,pois não achei legal não me dar a oportunidade de pagar outra consulta no especialista e ser atendido dignamente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço um acompanhamento de joelho e ombros com Dr Rafael, ele é um pouco sério demais, mas estou em busca de um médico e não de um colega. Tenho tido bons resultados. As meninas da recepção são ótimas, sempre que preciso, sou atendida dentro do possível , são bastante atenciosas. Faço um acompanhamento médico com Dr Felipe, coluna, é gosto muito do profissionalismo dos médicos dessa clínica. Me sinto muito bem. Só não gosto de esperar muito, o quê é normal. Mas, num todo, estou satisfeita com a clínica.
I do a knee and shoulder follow-up with Dr Rafael, he is a little too serious, but I am looking for a doctor and not a colleague. I have had good results. The girls at the reception are great, whenever I need it, I am served as much as possible, they are very attentive. I do a medical follow-up with Dr Felipe, a column, I really like the professionalism of the doctors at this clinic. I feel very good. I just don't like to wait long, which is normal. But, on the whole, I am satisfied with the clinic.

Tinha marcado uma consulta e perguntei se aceitavam meu plano de saúde a recepcionista que me atendeu disse que SIM.
Chegando lá falaram que não aceitava meu plano de saúde, demorei e suei muito p/ tirar um dia de trabalho p/ ir marcar uma consulta e cuidar da minha saúde, não a consegui fazer por falta de competência e profissionalismo da clínica, NOTA ZERO.
Não sou de relatar opiniões no Google mas isso me irritou de uma maneira tão indescritível que tive que logar só para publicar essa crítica.
My experience was TERRIBLE.
I had made an appointment and asked if they accepted my health plan, the receptionist who attended said that YES.
When they got there, they said I didn't accept my health plan, it took me a long time and I sweated a lot to take a day off to go to make an appointment and take care of my health, I couldn't do it due to the clinic's lack of competence and professionalism, NOTE ZERO.
I am not one to report opinions on Google but it irritated me in such an indescribable way that I had to log in just to publish this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em tudo eu busco primeiro avaliações, principalmente em médicos, onde as consultas geralmente são caras e em troca queremos atendimento humanizado e cordialidade dos funcionários, ainda bem que vim aqui ver, só tem avaliação ruim .
In everything, I look for evaluations first, especially in doctors, where consultations are usually expensive and in exchange we want humanized care and cordiality from employees, I'm glad I came here to see, there's only a bad evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei consulta para o dia 29/10 às 16:00h e no dia 28/10 recebi uma ligação do consultório perguntando se poderia remarcar para o mesmo dia porém mais cedo, (13:00h) dei ok.
Como moro em Nilópolis e o consultório fica na Tijuca sai cedo de casa já me antecipando em caso de imprevisto como engarrafamento...
Eis que quando estou na porta da clínica às 12:00h recebo uma ligação da secretária particular do Dr° Felipe perguntando se poderia marcar para outro dia ou em caso de negativa de minha parte o Dr° iria, mas sem hora prevista pra me atender. Desisti da consulta.
Pra mim nem a clínica e nem esse médico tem credibilidade.

Behold, when I am at the clinic's door at 12:00, I receive a call from Dr ° Felipe's private secretary asking if he could make an appointment for another day or in case of refusal on my part, Dr ° would go, but with no scheduled time to answer me. I gave up the consultation.
For me, neither the clinic nor this doctor has credibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim que cheguei no consultório ( por já ter passado em vários médicos e nenhum ter conseguido identificar meu problema ) achei o Dr Marcelo Felipe mais (um) , hoje depois de 3 anos operado e andando normalmente agradeço a ele todos os anos , muito obrigado Dr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atenção, não é coincidência a péssima avaliação. Atendimento péssimo na recepção com comentários chulos dos funcionários sem o menor respeito aos pacientes. Não consegui sequer ser atendido pois não conseguiram liberação do plano. Segundo a atendente teria que aguardar 20 minutos a mais e mesmo assim não era certeza de conseguir. Perguntei se poderia ser atendido e se o plano não cobrisse eu pagaria a consulta e mesmo fui informado que não poderia pois teria que ter a liberação antes do atendimento. (detalhe, isso nunca me ocorreu em lugar nenhum consultório).
Attention, the bad review is no coincidence. Terrible service at reception with rude comments from staff with no respect for patients. I couldn't even be answered because they couldn't release the plan. According to the attendant, I would have to wait 20 minutes longer and even then I wasn't sure I would get it. I asked if I could be seen and if the plan did not cover it I would pay for the consultation and even I was informed that I could not because I would have to be released before the service. (detail, this never occurred to me in any office).
