Fui a uma consulta com a pediatra Dra. Acynelly Nunes, gente que médica maravilhosa, super atenciosa , pergunta sobre tudo absolutamente tudo , analisou minha filha dos pés a cabeça. Super recomendo ?
Foi a minha primeira experiência nessa clínica e foi muito bom, tivemos direito ao retorno e foi perfeito tbm.
 Good service from receptionists, they are thoughtful and polite. And the prices are reasonable, accept card in cash or in installments.
I went to an appointment with the pediatrician Dr. Acynelly Nunes, people who wonderful doctors, super attentive, ask about everything, absolutely everything, analyzed my daughter from head to toe. I highly recommend ?
It was my first experience at this clinic and it was very good, we had the right to return and it was perfect too.

Levei minha mulher gestante para realizar uma ultra que estava marcada as 14hrs, chegamos na clínica as 13:45 e a mesma estava lotada, nem havia lugar para sentarmos. Aguardamos 1h30min e não conseguimos ser atendidos, nos informaram que passados quase duas horas de espera o médico se quer havia chegado. Não recomendo, péssimo atendimento e falta de respeito não só com minha mulher mas também com várias outras gestantes que estavam aguardando no local, algumas até mesmo aguardando em pé.
Total lack of consideration for the customer. I took my pregnant wife to perform an ultrasound that was scheduled at 14:00, we arrived at the clinic at 13:45 and it was full, there was no place for us to sit. We waited 1h30min and were unable to be seen, they informed us that after almost two hours of waiting, the doctor had arrived. I don't recommend it, poor service and lack of respect not only with my wife but also with several other pregnant women who were waiting at the place, some even standing up.

I liked the reception service, polite and helpful staff from the concierge to the receptionists!!! Very good medical and laboratory service!!! Finally I found a clinic in Parnamirim that I recommend!!

Seria melhor o atendimento da Upa, Deoclecio ou a Clinica Parnamirim?
Creio que apesar do atraso, ainda a Clinica Parnamirim seria a melhor opção. Os preços são acessíveis. Creio que por ser uma clinica particular os canais de reclamação pode ajudar a melhorar. Forte Abraço.

I believe that despite the delay, Clinica Parnamirim would still be the best option. Prices are affordable. I believe that because it is a private clinic, the complaint channels can help to improve. Strong hug.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, marquei um exame e chegando lá 10 minutos depois do horário marcado haviam 11 pessoas na minha frente. Em nenhum momento me informaram que era por ordem de chegada essa falta de desinformação é uma falta de respeito pra quem saí de longe pra ir pra clínica. E só chegando pessoalmente pra ser informada sobre isso. NUNCA MAIS VOLTAREI
Bad experience, I scheduled an exam and arriving there 10 minutes after the scheduled time there were 11 people in front of me. At no time was I informed that it was on a first-come, first-served basis. This lack of misinformation is a lack of respect for those who left far away to go to the clinic. And only arriving in person to be informed about it. I WILL NEVER COME BACK

A dermatologista dessa clínica devia trabalhar pra um monte de peão de construção. A mulher é ignorante , não deixou nem eu falar o que minha filha tinha, e já foi logo passando medicamento pra me dispensar logo. O SUS TA DE 10 A 0 NESSE NEGÓCIO QUE CHAMAM DE CLÍNICA. NEM PISEI MAIS PRO RETORNO.
Nunca mais ponho o pé nem na calçada dessa cínica

My experience and that of my daughter was the worst possible.
The dermatologist at this clinic must work for a lot of construction workers. The woman is ignorant, she didn't even let me talk about what my daughter had, and she was already giving me medication to dispense me soon. SUS TA FROM 10 TO 0 IN THIS BUSINESS THEY CALL A CLINIC. I DON'T TREAD ANY MORE TO RETURN.
I never set foot on this cynical sidewalk again
I WANT TO GIVE ZERO STARS.

Além de muita demora senti muito descaso no atendimento. O Dr.que bateu a ultra super simpático, porém,sentir que estava atendendo por demanda. Uma ultra do abdômen total e eu fiquei menos de 5 minutos dentro do consultório. Saí com mais dúvidas do que quando entrei. Relatei uma dor em um lugar específico e ele sequer olhou . Enfim, sinceramente,a clínica tem muito o que melhorar nesse aspecto. Não indico para o profissional de ultrassonografia,os outros não sei ,e nem pretendo conhecer. Não volto mais a essa clínica.

An ultrasound of the total abdomen and I spent less than 5 minutes in the office. I left with more doubts than when I walked in. I reported pain in a specific place and he didn't even look. Anyway, honestly, the clinic has a lot to improve in this aspect. I don't recommend it to the ultrasound professional, the others I don't know, and I don't even want to know. I will not return to this clinic again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O mais realista seria se a gnt pudesse n dar nenhuma estrela. Se for ultrassom 3D não vá!! Procure outro lugar! Os preços da maioria dos lugares é bem semelhante e, certamente o atendimento será melhor e mais bem organizado.
A pessoa tenta marcar por whatsapp, mas eles demoram mt a responder com um atendente real. Aí enviam uma resposta automática lhe incentivando a marcar através de um link. Pois bem, marquei meu exame e eles ainda me mandaram uma mensagem na véspera para confirmar. Chegando lá, a atendente disse que o exame só era feito nas quartas e não hoje (segunda). Perguntei como era possível não só eu ter agendado o exame para aquela data como terem confirmado comigo. Ela disse que era um erro no sistema e que podia me reagendar para quarta, sendo que o atendimento é feito por ordem de chegada. Como meu marido tinha um compromisso a tarde, n tinha como eu ir e ficar esperando numa fila enorme. Perguntei se eles não podiam me dar prioridade pra fazer o exame primeiro ou entre os primeiros pacientes desse dia, já que o erro não era meu e já tínhamos gastado combustível e perdido tempo indo lá hoje. Demoraram bem 20 minutos esperando a resposta do médico que faz exame. Por fim, o médico disse que ia me atender hoje (segunda).
Pois bem, qnd entrei na sala o médico se mostrou irritado e impaciente. Como meu bebê estava em uma posição que não facilitava a imagem para fazer o exame em 3D, ele resolveu ficar batendo com bastante força na minha barriga com o aparelho de ultrassom, segundo ele, pro bebê se mexer. Obviamente, isso não adiantou de nada e ele disse pra eu reagendar pra semana que vem. Saí da clínica cm dores e super assustada. Onde já se viu a pessoa bater na barriga de uma grávida com toda aquela força?! Sinceramente, estou com medo até de retornar pra fazer o exame com esse homem.
Entrei em contato cm a clínica pra ver se, pelo menos consigo fazer com outro médico, porém só esse médico faz esse exame. A administração da clínica demorou, mas me retornou e resolveram me devolver o valor do exame.
Fui na emergência pq fiquei cm dores e estava mt preocupada cm o bem estar do me bebê. Graças a Deus, nada de mal aconteceu a ele.

The person tries to book by whatsapp, but they take a long time to respond with a real attendant. Then they send an automatic reply encouraging you to bookmark via a link. Well, I booked my exam and they even sent me a message the day before to confirm. Arriving there, the attendant said that the exam was only done on Wednesdays and not today (Monday). I asked how it was possible not only that I had scheduled the exam for that date but also that they confirmed it with me. She said it was a system error and that she could reschedule me for Wednesday, as the service is on a first-come, first-served basis. As my husband had an appointment in the afternoon, there was no way I could go and wait in a huge line. I asked if they couldn't give me priority to take the exam first or among the first patients that day, since it wasn't my mistake and we had already spent fuel and wasted time going there today. They took a good 20 minutes waiting for the doctor's answer to take the exam. Finally, the doctor said he would see me today (Monday).
Well, when I entered the room the doctor was irritated and impatient. As my baby was in a position that did not facilitate the image to do the 3D exam, he decided to keep hitting my belly very hard with the ultrasound device, according to him, for the baby to move. Obviously, that didn't help and he told me to reschedule for next week. I left the clinic in pain and super scared. Where have you seen a person hit the belly of a pregnant woman with all that force?! Honestly, I'm afraid to even return to take the exam with this man.
I contacted the clinic to see if, at least, I can do it with another doctor, but only that doctor does this exam. The administration of the clinic took a while, but they got back to me and they decided to refund the exam fee.
I went to the emergency room because I was in pain and was very worried about the well being of my baby. Thank God nothing bad happened to him.
