Mais precisei fazer com urgência
Fui.a clínica rocha para realizar o exame, não pergunta nada se a gente é alérgica alguma medicação, já vai fazer o exame,engasguei várias vezes,a ajudante dele muita mal educada
O médico é bom
,Mais ele tem que trocar a enfermeira e a secretária secretaria dele

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para lá em abril e me atenderam muito mal, me pediram para mandar um email para o doutor e nunca tive resposta. Quando liguei para dizer que o email estava errado, me falaram que era aquele mesmo e era só assim que podia agendar.
Quando passei na clínica, a recepcionista mal olhou na minha cara e disse que só tinha para novembro.
I called there in April and they treated me very badly, they asked me to send an email to the doctor and I never got an answer. When I called to say the email was wrong, they told me it was the same one and that was the only way I could schedule it.
When I stopped by the clinic, the receptionist barely looked me in the face and said I only had it for November.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acostumado a fazer endoscopia no CEA, dessa vez precisei encontrar uma clínica que estivesse atendendo durante o período de distanciamento social imposto pela pandemia.
Agendei o exame por telefone e no dia marcado compareci com minha esposa me acompanhando.
Chegando na clínica - eu não conhecia pessoalmente-, tive uma desagradável impressão ao ver uns pelo menos 15 pessoas sentadas em cadeiras plásticas pretas aguardando o exame sem guardar a distância de segurança devido à pandemia. O ambiente não acolhedor e nem confortável. Lembra a recepção de um grande pronto-socorro.
Fui chamado por uma antipática senhora que parecia ser auxiliar do médico endoscopista para entrar e começar o exame. O médico me fez a pergunta de praxe sobre o porquê de estar fazendo a endoscopia enquanto me aplicava a sedação, mas só consegui dizer que era devido ao RGE. O clima era de que ele tinha pressa e que precisava terminar logo com aquilo. Quando acordei da sedação, eu estava em uma sala com outros pacientes também em recuperação, mas fui prontamente enxotado dali pela mesma senhora que auxiliava o médico. Assim que saí da sala, encontrei minha esposa que me aguardava e, como ainda não me sentia seguro para caminhar devido à sedação, tentei sentar em uma daquelas cadeiras plásticas pretas, mas a senhora, sem o menor tato com a situação disse em voz alta: "Vocês não podem ficar aí! Ele já está liberado! Se vocês vão embora de Uber, já podem descer!" Ficamos constrangidos com a situação, pois não houve qualquer discrição por parte dessa pessoa, aliás discrição não é forte da clínica. A experiência não foi boa, porque a clínica deixou bem claro que o importante é "atender" quantidade. Retornei dias depois para apanhar o resultado e até erros de digitação encontrei no laudo. Não recomendo.
Used to doing endoscopy at CEA, this time I had to find a clinic that was attending during the period of social distance imposed by the pandemic.
I booked the exam by phone and on the appointed day I went with my wife to accompany me.
Arriving at the clinic - I didn't know personally - I had an unpleasant impression when I saw at least 15 people sitting in black plastic chairs waiting for the exam without keeping the safety distance due to the pandemic. The atmosphere is neither cozy nor comfortable. It recalls the reception of a great emergency room.
I was called by an obnoxious lady who appeared to be an assistant to the endoscopist to come in and start the exam. The doctor asked me the usual question about why I was doing the endoscopy while applying sedation, but I could only say that it was due to GERD. The mood was that he was in a hurry and that he needed to get this over with. When I woke up from sedation, I was in a room with other patients also recovering, but I was promptly chased away by the same lady who helped the doctor. As soon as I left the room, I found my wife waiting for me and, as I still didn't feel safe to walk due to the sedation, I tried to sit in one of those black plastic chairs, but the lady, without the slightest touch with the situation said aloud : "You can't stay there! He's already cleared! If you leave Uber, you can get off now!" We were embarrassed by the situation, as there was no discretion on the part of that person, in fact discretion is not strong in the clinic. The experience was not good, because the clinic made it very clear that the important thing is to "meet" the quantity. I returned days later to get the result and even typing errors I found in the report. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a endoscopia pra ninguém. A anestesia não me fez dormir e nem apagar. Estava consciente durante o processo de endoscopia, inclusive engasguei diversas vezes durante o procedimento, segurei no braço do médico porque não conseguia respirar e a enfermeira me travou, foi horrível, não recomendo a ninguém!!!
I don't recommend endoscopy for anyone. The anesthesia didn't make me sleep or black out. I was conscious during the endoscopy process, I even choked several times during the procedure, I held the doctor's arm because I couldn't breathe and the nurse stopped me, it was horrible, I don't recommend it to anyone!!!
