★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica Maravilhosa. Dra Kathiane e Dra Ticiane maravilhosas e, principalmente, o atendimento delas é de extrema delicadeza e humanização. Recomendo muito e desejo mais e mais sucesso, pois elas merecem. Só fica a desejar o atendimento da recepção, que em dias diversos de tentativas de contato em dias diferentes, não atendem os telefones de forma alguma. É impossível marcar e desmarcar. No WhatsApp também se dá o mesmo problema. Você fala hoje, e a resposta só vem daqui a cerca de 3 dias. Foi assim comigo...
 Wonderful clinic. Dr Kathiane and Dr Ticiane are wonderful and, above all, their care is extremely delicate and humane. I highly recommend and wish more and more success, as they deserve it. All that's left to do is the reception, which on different days of contact attempts on different days, do not answer the phones at all. It is impossible to check and uncheck. Ticiana Pinheiro a mais de 6 anos ela é uma excelente profissional, mais nos últimos tempos estar bem difícil de agendar consulta pra ela pelo atendimento da clinica que pra me estar sento péssimo em relação aos contatos principalmente pelo WhatsApp não consigo contato com as atendentes, só estou indo pra lá pq enfim a Dra. Ticiana estar atendendo lá.
I have been accompanied by Dr. Ticiana Pinheiro for over 6 years, she is an excellent professional, but lately it has been very difficult to schedule an appointment for her because of the clinic that I feel terrible in relation to contacts, especially through WhatsApp, I can't contact with the attendants, I'm just going there because at last Dr. Ticiana is working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É extremamente NECESSÁRIO resolver o tempo que leva para ser atendido nas consultas. A pessoa agenda uma consulta para uma determinada hora e fica mais de 1h aguardando o atendimento. Recomendo as médicas, porém a gestão de horários é HORRÍVEL.
It is extremely NECESSARY to resolve the time it takes to be attended to in consultations. The person schedules an appointment for a certain time and waits for more than 1 hour. I recommend the doctors, but the time management is HORRIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui atendida por duas médicas da clínica pelas quais tenho enorme respeito e confiança e pelas quais gostaria de ser atendida novamente. Porém tenho tido ENORME dificuldade em entrar em contato com a clínica para marcação de consulta. O serviço oferecido via whatsapp é extremamente ineficiente e o telefone fixo disponibilizado está quase sempre ocupado, ou então, não atende. Há alguma outra forma de se agendar uma consulta?
I have already been seen by two doctors from the clinic for whom I have enormous respect and trust and for whom I would like to be seen again. However, I have had HUGE difficulty in contacting the clinic to schedule an appointment. The service offered via whatsapp is extremely inefficient and the landline available is almost always busy, or does not answer. Is there any other way to schedule an appointment?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Faz dias que tento contato pra marcar uma consulta e ninguém responde. Uma verdadeira falta de respeito. Imagino se fosse um retorno de urgência, morreria e ninguém respondia.
Clínica e profissionais parecem ser ótimos, agora o atendimento é abaixo de péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que fui lá, fui muito bem atendida, pela Dra Kathiane Lustosa, e pela recepção também, super atenciosas e me explicou tudo detalhado, só deixa a desejar no atendimento no whatsapp pois demora um bom tempo para responder.
Mas pretendo retornar para fazer meu acompanhamento, embora isto são uns amores! ?
Whenever I went there, I was very well attended, by Dr Kathiane Lustosa, and by the reception too, super attentive and explained everything to me in detail, it only leaves something to be desired in the whatsapp service as it takes a long time to respond.
But I intend to return to do my follow-up, although this is a delight! ?
