O atendimento na clínica deixou a desejar , tive uma consulta com a clínica geral dra Christina de oliveira Gontijo cancelada (pessoalmente) por atraso de 20 minutos, aí eu pergunto o médico atende vc no horário? E mais o atraso foi justificado por mensagem via ZAP ,foi visualizado e não respondido. Será que o motivo era uma consulta por convênio ou o atendimento que está péssimo?
Good afternoon! The service at the clinic left something to be desired, I had an appointment with the general clinic Dr Christina de oliveira Gontijo canceled (in person) due to a delay of 20 minutes, then I ask does the doctor see you on time? And the delay was justified by a message via ZAP, it was viewed and not answered. Could it be that the reason was an appointment through an agreement or the service that is terrible?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive boa experiência na Consulta oftalmológica ao levar minha filha. O Dr Paulo pode até ser um bom médico, mas a sua auxiliar é péssima. Grossa no atendimento, não explica os exames corretamente, não tem paciência e não fez todos os exames necessários como de costume. Daí pra frente foi tudo uma tragédia, até a consulta com o médico não foi legal. Não confiei nós resultados e estou a procura de um outro oftalmologista.
I did not have a good experience at the Ophthalmological Consultation when taking my daughter. Dr Paulo may even be a good doctor, but his assistant is terrible. Rude in attendance, doesn't explain the exams correctly, doesn't have patience and didn't do all the necessary exams as usual. From then on it was all a tragedy, even the consultation with the doctor was not nice. I didn't trust the results and I'm looking for another ophthalmologist.
