â â â â â Agendei um exame para 14h. Cheguei lĂĄ as 13:50. Contudo, sĂł fui ser atendida Ă s 15:20. NĂŁo sei qual critĂ©rio Ă© utilizado, mas parece nĂŁo ser agendamentos! Demorou demais para ser atendido. Mesma coisa de nĂŁo ter agendado. PĂ©ssimo. Duas estrelas para a mĂ©dica que me atendeu, porque o lugar em si merece nem isso.
I scheduled an exam for 14h. I got there at 13:50. However, I was not seen until 15:20. I don't know which criteria is used, but it doesn't seem to be scheduling! It took too long to be answered. Same thing as not having booked. Terrible. Two stars for the doctor who saw me, because the place itself doesn't even deserve it.

As meninas do raio-x me atenderam super bem, eram estagiĂĄrias mas estavam sob supervisĂŁo do TĂ©cnico responsĂĄvel, que acompanhava todo o processo! ParabĂ©ns as duas empresas! Atendimento sensacional ??????
The Medifono clinic is well equipped and in a great location. Well-trained, attentive and always available staff. It was one of the best experiences I've had. The x-ray girls took care of me very well, they were interns but they were under the supervision of the technician in charge, who followed the whole process! Congratulations to both companies! Amazing service ??????

â â â â â Na recepção, a atendente sem atenção me passou chave pix errada para pagamento, e nĂŁo me informou que a clĂnica tinha wifi para eu enviar o pgto e o comprovante . Meu raio-x foi feito por estĂĄgiarias desacompanhadas do tĂ©cnico,e o laudo dizia que meu exame estava alterado, de uma pessoa que estĂĄ bem doente. Repeti em uma clĂnica de referĂȘncia e meu exame estĂĄ normal. A Ășnica coisa que nĂŁo tive problema foi o ECG, fui bem atendida! Mas quanto o resto, nĂŁo recomendo!
At the reception, the attendant carelessly gave me the wrong pix key for payment, and did not inform me that the clinic had wifi for me to send the payment and receipt. My x-ray was done by interns unaccompanied by the technician, and the report said that my exam was altered, of a person who is very sick. I repeated at a referral clinic and my exam is normal. The only thing I didn't have a problem with was the ECG, I was well attended! But as for the rest, I don't recommend it!
