★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exame marcado para as 12:40 chego 15min antes, passo pela triagem, as 12:50 a triagem libera para espera do exame e o atendimento efetivo do exame só ocorre a partir das 14:30. Um absurdo!
Exam scheduled for 12:40 am I arrive 15min earlier, I pass through the screening, at 12:50 the screening is free to wait for the exam and the effective attendance of the exam only occurs from 2:30 pm. Absurd!

Falta de respeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo! Cheguei para a consulta após grandes engarrafamentos e longas distâncias percorridas para chegar e ser avisada que a médica não poderia atender devido mal estar. Ok. Acontece. Mas as atendentes do segundo andar, super desinteressadas, receberam por telefone previamente meu novo número de telefone, pois elas mesmas pedem e eu mesmo dou!!!! Aí referiram ter ligado para outro telefone e que não conseguiram me avisar .. poxa né, que pena! Incompetência e desorganização! Quero saber quem vai me indenizar por perder tempo e dinheiro!
Absurd! I arrived for the consultation after great traffic jams and long distances to arrive and be told that the doctor could not attend due to discomfort. Okay. It happens. But the attendants on the second floor, super disinterested, received my new phone number by phone in advance, because they ask for it myself and I give it myself !!!! Then they mentioned having called another phone and they were not able to let me know .. hey, what a pity! Incompetence and disorganization! I want to know who is going to compensate me for wasting time and money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma idosa com apneia para emergência e ela foi atendida por uma pediatra (Caroline Lustosa), que foi grosseira comigo qd soube que eu não tinha dinheiro pra pagar a internação que ela recomendou. Depois de pagar consulta de R$ 450,00 + 150,00 pra ficar na sala tomando a medicação ( uma salinha minúscula com sangue no chão ao lado da cadeira); 6 pacientes e uma enfermeira medicando a todos. A enfermeira merecia os R$ 450,00, não o médico que foi dormir no plantão e deixou os pacientes com a pediatra. Quase um atendimento de UPA.
I took an elderly woman with apnea for emergency and she was attended by a pediatrician (Caroline Lustosa), who was rude to me when I knew I had no money to pay for the hospitalization she recommended. After paying an appointment of R $ 450.00 + 150.00 to stay in the room taking the medication (a tiny room with blood on the floor next to the chair); 6 patients and a nurse medicating everyone. The nurse deserved the R $ 450.00, not the doctor who went to sleep on duty and left the patients with the pediatrician. Almost a UPA call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei marcar uma biópsia para o meu pai por telefone. Me foi solicitado que enviasse a guia por WhatsApp, o que fiz prontamente. Me responderam que o exame preciasava ser marcado pessoalmente, com a presença do paciente. Fui à clínica com meu pai e descobri que só é possível marcar o exame até às 17:00, e somente duas pessoas marcam esse exame, mas ambas já tinham ido embora. Porém percebi que havia uma atendente "apta" a marcar essa biópsia mas já estava de saída. Achei um verdadeiro absurdo o fato de somente duas pessoas serem responsáveis pela marcação desse exame, visto que, fora a moça que estava de saída, ainda tinham dois atendentes - um deles cheio de má vontade. Absurdo também não ter sido informada pela pessoa que falou comigo pelo aplicativo que a marcação só seria possível até às 17:00, já que falei com ela às 16:50. Mais respeito, por favor!
I tried to arrange a biopsy for my dad over the phone. I was asked to send the guide through WhatsApp, which I did promptly. They told me that the exam needed to be personally scheduled, with the presence of the patient. I went to the clinic with my father and found that it is only possible to schedule the exam until 5 pm, and only two people schedule this exam, but both were gone. But I realized that there was a "fit" attendant marking this biopsy but was already leaving. I found it truly absurd that only two people were responsible for scheduling this exam, since, apart from the girl who was leaving, they still had two attendants - one of them grudgingly. Absurdly also not being informed by the person who spoke to me through the app that the appointment would only be possible until 17:00, since I spoke to her at 16:50. More respect, please!
