★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrorosa ao entrar e durante a consulta. Vamos aos fatos.
Logo ao entrar, dois cheiros fortes: Um cheiro de FEZES muito grande, parecia que alguém havia feito nas calças ou pisado, e também cheiro de perfume de ambiente extremamente forte ao ponto de atacar minha rinite que estava há meses sem aparecer, claramente com intenção de neutralizar o odor. Já começamos "bem".
O atendimento na recepção foi ok, rápido e normal. Agora sobre a consulta... Passei com o Dr. Antonio e não gostei. Ele se mostrou simpático, no entanto, durante a consulta duas coisas aconteceram:
1. Questionei que eu tenho algo físico na minha garganta e que precisava fazer uma nasofibrolaringoscopia que não havia feito da última vez(quando outro médico solicitou), e o Dr. Antonio me avaliou (garganta e nariz) e realmente falou que precisaria fazer o exame, mas decidiu primeiro me passar um remédio chamado Desloratadina 5mg tomar por 10 dias e depois voltar lá, claramente recusei, como passar um tratamento sem ver o que está lá?
Ele disse que depois de 10 dias, se não funcionasse, mandava fazer o exame. Então questionei: Pode colocar o pedido da Naso que já faço e trago tudo de uma vez, que é melhor do que ficar voltando e a resposta dele foi trágica: "Já fechei a ficha. Não dá pra abrir". E um médico não tem uma folha em branco pra fazer solicitações manuais? Deus me livre!
E ainda não acabou...
2. Durante a consulta, o rapaz que trabalha lá bateu na porta e entrou de uma vez, e nem aguardou o Dr. Antonio responder (não sei se ambos não tem problema com isso, mas me senti muito constrangido de alguém bater na porta e já entrar) Se não bastasse, o rapaz começou a manusear os instrumentos que o próprio Dr Antonio havia acabado de me examinar , além de outros instrumentos também, e sem luva! Uma falta de respeito com o paciente e de higiene. E depois, o mesmo saiu para (provavelmente pegar mais instrumentos) e quando voltou, NEM NA PORTA BATEU, entrou direto como se estivesse entrando numa sala vazia. Observação: Não estou julgando o rapaz que entrou, e sim a falta de respeito e higiene do alguém bater na porta e já entrar como se fosse algo comum da clínica.
Odiei, nunca mais voltarei lá e estou até agora com minha rinite atacada por causa daquele perfume excessivo no ambiente.

As soon as I entered, two strong smells: A very big FESTS smell, it looked like someone had done it in my pants or stepped on it, and also the smell of an extremely strong ambient perfume to the point of attacking my rhinitis that had been missing for months, clearly with intent to neutralize the odor. We have already started "well".
The service at the reception was ok, fast and normal. Now about the consultation ... I spent with Dr. Antonio and I didn't like it. He was friendly, however, during the consultation two things happened:
1. I asked that I have something physical in my throat and that I needed to do a nasofibrolaryngoscopy that I had not done last time (when another doctor requested it), and Dr. Antonio evaluated me (throat and nose) and really said that I would need to do the exam, but first decided to give me a medicine called Desloratadine 5mg to take for 10 days and then go back there, I clearly refused, how can I pass a treatment without seeing what is there?

2. During the consultation, the boy who works there knocked on the door and entered at once, and didn't even wait for Dr. Antonio to answer (I don't know if they both have a problem with that, but I felt very embarrassed that someone would knock on the door already enter) If it wasn't enough, the boy started to handle the instruments that Dr Antonio himself had just examined me, besides other instruments too, and without a glove! A lack of respect for the patient and hygiene. And then, he left to (probably get more instruments) and when he came back, NOR AT THE DOOR KNOCKED, he went straight in as if he were entering an empty room. Note: I am not judging the boy who entered, but the lack of respect and hygiene of someone knocking on the door and entering as if it were something common in the clinic.
I hated it, I will never go back there and I have my rhinitis attacked because of that excessive perfume in the environment.
