★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que meu irmão fez sua endoscopia, e de tanto ele falar bem, com muito medo do COVID, resolvi também fazer a endoscopia, fui atendido semana passada, mesmo em pandemia a recepção muito bem controlada, com poucos pacientes na espera. As meninas da recepção foram muito educadas e receptivas, eu ainda com medo logo fui chamado por uma enfermeira, o detalhe que não fiquei mais 10 minutos esperando, fui atendido pelo Dr. Vilmar que foi muito prestativo. Indico com certeza a Clínica Sollen.
 After my brother had his endoscopy, and because he spoke so well, very afraid of COVID, I also decided to do the endoscopy, I was treated last week, even in a pandemic, the reception was very well controlled, with few patients waiting. The girls at the reception were very polite and receptive, I was still scared soon I was called by a nurse, the detail that I did not wait 10 more minutes, I was attended by Dr. Vilmar who was very helpful. I definitely recommend the Sollen Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom porém as pessoas por aguardar muito tempo fica meio tumultuado a sala de recepção. Deveria ter cadeiras na sala de entrada e também o ar condicionado é muito frio. Todos que estavam na recepção estavam com frio.
The service is good, but people wait a long time and the reception room is a bit crowded. There should be chairs in the entrance room and also the air conditioning is very cold. Everyone at the front desk was cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência durante uma endoscopia feita em 25/11/2021. Nem o médico, nem os enfermeiros, nem os técnicos de enfermage, absolutamente ninguém leu o pedido médico que eu tinha, no qual constava a solicitação de uma endoscopia COM biópsia e fizeram a endoscopia sem retirar a biópsia. Depois que acordei do sedativo, perguntei, ainda "grogue", se havia dado certo de levar a coleta do material para meu acompanhante, que ali mesmo iria levá-lo para o laboratório no mesmo prédio, em outro andar. A enfermeira disse que nã haviam feito biópsia, questionei porque e ela disse "acho que o dr esqueceu". Pois bem. O dito doutor de fato esqueceu.
Resultado: fui sedada de novo, sem nem entender o que estava acontecendo, uma vez que ainda estava sedada da primeira endoscopia, e me submeteram ao exame novamente, sem consentimento, de modo que sequer avisar meu acompanhante que estavam realizando pela segunda vez.
Por fim, não recebi nenhuma informação nem orientação, tampouco passaram ao meu acompanhante, sobre o processo de sair da sedação, que evidentemente demorou muito mais do que o esperado já que eu fui duplamente sedada e passei pelo exame duas vezes.
PESSIMO. UM LIXO DE CLINICA. INACREDITAVEL QUE NAO TENHAM A CAPACIDADE DE LER O PEDIDO MEDICO ANTES DE REALIZAR O EXAME.
I had a very bad experience during an endoscopy performed on 11/25/2021. Neither the doctor, nor the nurses, nor the nursing technicians, absolutely no one read the medical order I had, which contained the request for an endoscopy WITH biopsy and they performed the endoscopy without removing the biopsy. After I woke up from the sedative, I asked, still "groggy", if it had worked out to take the material to my companion, who would take it right there to the laboratory in the same building, on another floor. The nurse said they hadn't had a biopsy, I asked her why and she said "I think the doctor forgot". Well then. Said doctor actually forgot.
Result: I was sedated again, without even understanding what was happening, since I was still sedated from the first endoscopy, and I was submitted to the exam again, without consent, so I didn't even let my companion know that they were doing it for the second time.
Finally, I did not receive any information or guidance, nor did they pass to my companion, about the process of coming out of sedation, which evidently took much longer than expected as I was doubly sedated and passed the exam twice.
TERRIBLE. A CLINIC RUBBISH. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY TO READ THE MEDICAL REQUEST BEFORE PERFORMING THE EXAM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento dos funcionários em geral. Desde a recepção até a hora do meu exame, todos o tempo todo conversando com você. Podiam melhorar apenas em disponibilizar o acesso ao resultado do exame online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não agende exames perto do horário de fechamento da clínica. Agendei o meu para um sábado, 11:15 da manhã. Fiquei aguardando um bom tempo lá, (cheguei ao local às 10:45). A enfermeira chamou meu nome, colocou o acesso na minha veia para a sedação e ali na maca eu fiquei, até 12:00 e pouco. Após o procedimento, me acordaram meio no susto, quase gritando meu nome. Todas as pessoas antes de mim saíram andando. Eu saí cambaleando, as cadeiras da recepção todas empilhadas, acredito que estavam perto do horário de fechamento. Me apressaram para "voltar" da sedação, isso não foi bacana. Entrei pela porta da frente e me fizeram sair pela porta dos fundos.
Nunca mais volto nesse local, a não ser pra pegar meu exame. Não recomendo de forma alguma.
Do not schedule exams close to the clinic closing time. I booked mine for a Saturday, 11:15 am. I was waiting for a long time there, (I arrived at the place at 10:45). The nurse called my name, put the access in my vein for sedation and I stayed there on the stretcher, until 12:00 pm. After the procedure, they woke me up half scared, almost screaming my name. Everyone before me walked away. I staggered out, the reception chairs all piled up, I believe they were close to closing time. They rushed me to "come back" from sedation, that wasn't cool. I went in through the front door and they made me out the back door.
I'm never going back to that place, except to get my exam. I don't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, agendei a endoscopia para as 11:50h da manhã e o exame foi realizado no horário, bom atendimento por parte da recepção e equipe médica, foi meu primeiro procedimento nesse exame e a equipe foi bastante atenciosa comigo pois estava nervoso.
Só não dou a nota máxima pois é uma das poucas clinicas que não dispõe do resultado online, sendo necessário retornar a mesma para retirar o resultado.
Deviam abrir essa opção no site.
Good service, I scheduled endoscopy to 11: 50h in the morning and the examination was carried out on time, good service from the reception and medical staff, it was my first procedure of this examination and the staff was very friendly with me because I was nervous.
Just do not give full marks because it is one of the few clinics that do not have the results online, being necessary to return the same to remove the result.
