★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendamento por telefone,você começa a ligar desde as sete e não atendem,quando atende ,pede pra aguardar um momento e desligam,quando você retorna e finalmente atendem dizem que já fechou a agenda!péssimo péssimo.pessimo.
Precisa melhorar isso.
Scheduling by phone, you start calling from seven and they don't answer, when you answer, you ask to wait a moment and they hang up, when you return and finally answer they say they've already closed the agenda!
You need to improve this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes profissionais. Pena que a recepção não trabalha em harmonia. Conseguir que atendam o telefone é um sufoco! Muitas vezes liguei e simplesmente tiravam o telefone do gancho para poder parar de tocar e desligavam. Tive que me deslocar até o local para tentar agendar uma consulta. Esse é o único e importante ponto a ser melhorado.
Excellent professionals. Too bad the reception doesn't work in harmony. Getting them to answer the phone is a pain! Many times I called and they just took the phone off the hook so I could stop ringing and they hung up. I had to travel to the location to try to schedule an appointment. This is the only important point to be improved.
