Então decidi vir aqui também agradecer a Gabi (que atendeu meu esposo presencialmente com meu Duke) e me deu toda assistência por telefone pois eu estava em São Paulo acompanhando tudo a distância, Gabi você foi incrível desde o primeiro atendimento telefônico em falar o horário de atendimento até a alta do meu Duke, o mundo precisa de mais pessoas como você, sua receptividade foi incrível), queria agradecer também a Dra. Sarah que atendeu prontamente na emergência, que foi tão acertiva desde o início (Dra. você é tão doce, educada, amorosa que nenhuma palavra já dita não serão capazes de descrever, que médica SENSACIONAL), gostaria de agradecer a Dra. Mayara plantonista que passou a madrugada com meu pequeno e foi tão atenciosa enviando vídeo e me acalmando), e por último e não menos importante gostaria de agradecer a Dani, que mesmo depois da alta me mandou mensagem falando que passou o fds pensando no meu filhote!
Vocês todas são maravilhosas, profissionais incríveis e além de toda técnica, distribuem afeto, carinho e muito amor!
Mimaram meu Duke, cuidaram com muita excelência e foram primordiais para recuperação do meu pequeno.

Os exames deram alterados, informaram que ela estava com anemia, verme e imunidade baixa, quiseram me vender os medicamentos e eu informei que iria ver lugares mais baratos. Fui em outra clínica realizar o exame em laboratório pois o que foi feio na animal zool é de máquina e o veterinário de outra clínica informou que esse tipo de exame não é confiável!
após os exames de laboratórios foi avaliado que minha cachorra está saudável!
Paguei por um exame que não é confiável, e quase gastei com muitos remédios.
Very polite, I took my dog for a test before neutering. The exams were altered, they informed her that she had anemia, worms and low immunity, they wanted to sell me the medication and I informed her that I was going to see cheaper places. I went to another clinic to perform the laboratory exam because what was ugly in the zool animal is from a machine and the veterinarian of another clinic informed that this type of exam is unreliable!
after the lab exams it was evaluated that my dog is healthy!
I paid for an unreliable test, and I almost spent it on too many medications.
