★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando agenda pra um horário, agende 2h mais cedo pq isso é o tempo que vcs vão levar quando chegarem no horário em um dia tranquilo.
Chão não é limpo suficiente, vimos carrapatos lá. Cadeiras desorganizadas. Atendentes nada simpáticas, que não sabem nem a raça de um cachorro comum.
Oftalmologista amadora e despreparada. Todo momento a "veterinária" indicava coisas para estética do meu cachorro sendo que eu queria saber de um outro assunto totalmente oposto. Fugindo do assunto todo momento. Desfocada.
O barato sai caro.
 When scheduling an appointment, book 2 hours earlier because that's how long it will take you when you arrive on time on a quiet day.
Floor not clean enough, we saw ticks there. Disorganized chairs. Unfriendly attendants, who don't even know the breed of a common dog.
Amateur and unprepared ophthalmologist. Every time the "vet" indicated things for my dog's aesthetics and I wanted to know about another totally opposite subject. Getting off topic all the time. Out of focus.
Cheap is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha gata de 6meses nesta clínica, fez exames, comprei remédios,passou por 3 veterinários, disseram q o problema era emocional. Ela só foi piorando e não tive como salvá-la mesmo levando p outra clínica, ela já estava mal e veio a falecer em 5 dias.
I took my 6-month-old cat to this clinic, she did tests, bought medicine, went through 3 vets, they said the problem was emotional. She only got worse and I had no way to save her even taking her to another clinic, she was already sick and died within 5 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro na unidade de São Cristóvão e fiquei muito satisfeita. Ele já foi atendido por oncologista, endocrinologista e fez exames e uma cirurgia. Todos os serviços prestados foram excelentes. Os profissionais foram atenciosos e estavam sempre disponíveis para auxiliar no tratamento. Meu cachorro foi muito bem tratado!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha gatinha fez uma castração onde fizeram o maior pouco caso. Primeiro os pontos superciais arrebentaram, depois os internos. Cheguei aí com os intestinos da minha gata pra fora. Desde a médica veterinária até a cirurgiã me acalmaram e fizeram um serviço execelente. Hoje minha gata está super saudável. Tive a certeza que eles amam o que fazem.
My kitten had a castration where they didn't care. First the superficial stitches broke, then the internal ones. I arrived there with my cat's intestines out. From the veterinarian to the surgeon they calmed me down and did an excellent job. Today my cat is super healthy. I made sure they love what they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A consulta é popular mas o tanto que empurram de remédios, internação e injeção saí mais caro do que se tivesse ido numa clínica melhor, com ambiente melhor e mais limpa, a quatro patas de são Cristóvão é suja, mal organizada. Cheguei na clínica e não tinha ninguém e mesmo assim me fizeram esperar 1h para ser atendida.
Péssimos funcionários, começando pela Paloma, que só tem diploma, sem habilidade nenhuma pra mexer na gata, é uma pessoa bruta, amassou tanto a barriga da gata que já estava fragilizada, depois disso ficou dias sem comer, uma unha gigante quase que não conseguia abrir a boca da bichinha.
Ainda á levaram para outra sala para a coleta de exame e disseram que foi feito pela jugular (veia do pescoço) e que o inchaço do pescoço iria melhorar com o tempo. E logo depois ficariam empurrando a internação e deram um termo de recusa de internação.
Ao meu ver a clínica só pensa em lucrar sem realmente se importar com os animais. Estão de parabéns, treinaram seus funcionários exatamente para satisfazer seus objetivos.
Uma dica para quem procura lugar bom para levar seus bichinhos: Canne & Gatto ou Ponto Dog. Se queres profissionais bons e com amor pelos animais, vale a pena pagar um pouco mais caro. Vai sair mais barato do que a dor de cabeça da quarto patas e de tudo que empurram para vc comprar/fazer.
The consultation is popular but the amount of medication, hospitalization and injection they push is more expensive than if I had gone to a better clinic, with a better and cleaner environment. I arrived at the clinic and there was no one and even so they made me wait 1 hour to be seen.
Terrible employees, starting with Paloma, who only has a diploma, with no ability to handle the cat, she is a brute person, she kneaded the cat's belly so much that it was already fragile, after that she went days without eating, a giant nail almost couldn't open the puppy's mouth.
They even took her to another room for the exam and said that it was done through the jugular (neck vein) and that the swelling in the neck would improve with time. And soon after, they would push the admission and give a term of refusal of admission.
In my view, the clinic only thinks about profit without really caring about the animals. Congratulations, they trained their employees exactly to satisfy their goals.
A tip for those looking for a good place to take their pets: Canne & Gatto or Ponto Dog. If you want good professionals with love for animals, it's worth paying a little more. It will be cheaper than the headache of four legs and everything they push you to buy / do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa Patrícia Pacheco, encontrou 3 gatinhos abandonados com no máximo 2 dias de vida, em momento algum pairou sobre sua cabeça a dificuldade que seria cuidar deles ate porque corriam risco de morte, tentamos com varias ONGS, protetores e ate políticos que dizem se incomodar com a causa “animais abandonados” e as respostas foram: não podemos, não temos vagas, são muito pequenos.
É verdade, são muito pequenos, mas o amor por eles foi muito grande, levamos na apaixonados por quatro patas de São Cristóvão, falamos com a Dra Fernanda e ela resolveu ficar e cuidar dos 3 filhotinhos.
PARABENS APAIXONADOS POR QUATRO PATAS, vocês se apaixonaram por doze patinhas.

My wife Patrícia Pacheco, found 3 abandoned kittens with a maximum of 2 days to live, at no time did the difficulty that would be taking care of them hovered over her head, even because they were at risk of death, we tried with several NGOs, protectors and even politicians who say they bother with the cause “abandoned animals” and the answers were: we can't, we don't have vacancies, they are too small.
It's true, they are very small, but the love for them was very great, we took them to the four-legged lovers of São Cristóvão, we spoke with Dr Fernanda and she decided to stay and take care of the 3 puppies.
