★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Dr. Clermon irresponsavelmente aplicou vacina vencida na minha cachorrinha. Ela já estava tendo diarreia em alguns momentos e vômito após a vacina, mas não sabia que poderia ser por isto.
Após uma semana da aplicação da vacina VENCIDA (quando percebi na etiqueta do cartão), levei ela em outro veterinário e ele prontamente ligou para o fabricante da vacina que falou que este serão os efeitos da vacina vencida pelo período de 15 dias e depois terei que aplicar nova dosagem.
Quero o ressarcimento de todo o valor gasto, não confio mais nesta clínica e nem neste veterinário.
Registrei reclamação junto a clínica no dia 18/12/19 solicitando reembolso, assim como encaminhei 2 e-mail e falei por telefone com a recepcionista que me falou que reembolso era com o Dr. Clermon, responsável pela clínica, até a presente data, 23/12, estou sem nenhum retorno e não respondem meus e-mails. Já registrei reclamação no Conselho Regional de Medicina Veterinária e se eu não for reembolsada do meu prejuízo, acionarei a justiça. Meu dinheiro não dá em árvore e minha cachorrinha não é cobaia para sair aplicando remédio vencido nela e quando reclamado, ficarem calados como se nada estivesse acontecido.
 Dr. Clermon irresponsibly applied an expired vaccine to my puppy. She was already having diarrhea in a few moments and vomiting after the vaccine, but didn't know it could be for that.
Within a week of the expired vaccine application (when I noticed on the card label), I took her to another vet and he promptly called the vaccine manufacturer who said that this will be the effects of the 15-day expired vaccine and then I will have to apply new dosage.
I want compensation for all the money spent, I don't trust this clinic or this vet anymore.
I filed a complaint with the clinic on 12/18/19 requesting reimbursement, as well as forwarded 2 email and spoke by phone to the receptionist who told me that reimbursement was with Dr. Clermon, responsible for the clinic, to date, 12/23, I have no return and my emails do not respond. I have already filed a complaint with the Regional Council of Veterinary Medicine and if I am not reimbursed for my injury, I will bring justice. My money is not a tree and my puppy is not a guinea pig to go out applying expired medicine on her and when complained, keep silent as if nothing happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A veterinária é muito cuidadosa e amorosa, qualidades que aprecio quando adicionados ao conhecimento, sempre perguntando se o tratamento teve resposta, se o pet está melhor, muito educada e paciente. A estrutura da clínica também excelente. A única ressalva é que não funciona 24hs como informa no panfleto.
The veterinarian is very careful and loving, qualities that I appreciate when added to the knowledge, always asking if the treatment had an answer, if the pet is better, very polite and patient. The structure of the clinic is also excellent. The only caveat is that it does not work 24 hours as stated in the pamphlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha relação com a clínica começou em 2015 quando minha cachorrinha contraiu parvovirose. Á época ela ficou internada e foi muito bem assistida. Recuperou-se completamente da doença. Sempre que necessito de avaliação veterinária recorro a Clínica, principalmente ao atendimentos do Veterinário Clermon. Costumo dizer que ele é um veterinário raiz (faz uma excelente avaliação clínica e intervenções eficazes e econômicas). Super recomendo!
My relationship with the clinic started in 2015 when my dog contracted parvovirus. At the time she was hospitalized and was very well assisted. He recovered completely from the disease. Whenever I need a veterinary evaluation, I go to the Clinic, mainly to assist the Veterinarian Clermon. I often say that he is a root veterinarian (makes an excellent clinical evaluation and effective and economical interventions). Super recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento do Dr. Clermon (ótimo profissional, direto, carinhoso) e todas as atendentes (carinhosas e atenciosas). Há 2 anos e meio minha Sasha (foto), com aproximadamente 3 meses de vida precisou ser operada após ser atropelada. No mesmo dia a noite o Dr. Clermon a operou colocando um pino em sua patinha e hoje ela é a espuleta de mamãe. O resultado foi tão bom que ninguém nem percebe que ela tem esse pino. E a bichinha apronta viu?! Super recomendo a clínica e na próxima semana mais uma resgatada minha será operada pelo Dr. Clermon. Tenho certeza que dará tudo certo novamente. Obrigada a todos e que Deus abençoe vocês pelo trabalho e carinho com nossos anjos.
Excellent service from Dr. Clermon (great professional, direct, caring) and all the attendants (caring and attentive). Two and a half years ago my Sasha (photo), with approximately 3 months to live, had to be operated after being run over. On the same day at night, Dr. Clermon operated on her by placing a pin in her little paw and today she is my mom's earring. The result was so good that no one even realizes that she has this pin. And the bug ready, see ?! I highly recommend the clinic and next week another rescue of mine will be operated by Dr. Clermon. I'm sure it will be all right again. Thank you all and may God bless you for the work and affection with our angels.
