Liguei com cerca de 5 dias de antecedência para marcar o horário e ao chegar na clínica parece que não haviam agendado e tinham outros cachorros na frente dela e isso fez com o que o banho demorasse 2 horas. Não se apresentaram muito bem e por ser nossa primeira vez na clínica também não foram muito receptivos. Não apresentaram muito carinho e cuidado com a nossa cachorrinha. Fiquei insegura e não recomendo nem volto a levá-la.
I took my dog to the clinic for a bath for the first time. I called about 5 days in advance to make an appointment and when I arrived at the clinic it seems that they had not booked and had other dogs in front of her and this made the bath take 2 hours. They didn't perform very well and because it was our first time at the clinic, they weren't very receptive either. They didn't show much affection and care for our little dog. I was insecure and do not recommend nor do I take it again.

Não troco nunca mais.
Very well organized, clean clinic, impeccable service, super attentive receptionist, driver with all care and affection for the pet, and Dr. Cris is exceptional, I was delighted with everything, even after my little one's surgery she always sends a message to know how she is. I never change again.
