★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho a impressão que dão sumiço nos gatos colocados para adoção. Que inclusive ficam em PÉSSIMAS CONDIÇÕES. Tem coisa errada aí! E ainda cobram dos inocentes que acham que os animais serão bem doados.
I have the impression that cats put up for adoption disappear. Which are even in TERRIBLE CONDITIONS. There's something wrong there! And they still charge the innocent who think the animals will be well donated.

Ótimo atendimento, preços um pouco acima de outros estabelecimento do mesmo segmento.
Mas de maneira geral bom lugar, e produtos de qualidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei meu cachorrinho no dia 26.02.22 e já em casa notei que ele coçava bastante a orelhinha.Levei ele no veterinário e após alguns exames,foi constatado que o mesmo estava cheio de ácaros,bactérias e fungos. Já gastei mais de 400 reais só em tratamento e olhe que estou com ele a 3 dias. Entrei em contato com a loja e mostrei todos os comprovantes e me reembolsaram o valor gasto com remédios e exames. Hoje mesmo consegui iniciar o tratamento do meu pet. Espero que dê tudo certo com o meu filho.
Edt: Meu pet ficou bem, tive alguns outros gastos com ele mas, nem me dei ao trabalho de pisar nessa loja novamente.Decidi arcar com os valores restantes para evitar maiores dores de cabeça. Eles visam apenas dinheiro. Não existe amor por animais nesse local. Não indico a loja e não compro mais nada nesse lugar.
I bought my puppy on 02.26.22 and already at home I noticed that he was scratching his ear a lot. I took him to the vet and after some tests, it was found that he was full of mites, bacteria and fungi. I've already spent more than 400 reais just on treatment and I've had him for 3 days. I contacted the store and showed all the receipts and they reimbursed me for the amount spent on medicine and exams. Today I managed to start the treatment of my pet. I hope all goes well with my son.
Edt: My pet was fine, I had some other expenses with it, but I didn't even bother to set foot in this store again. I decided to pay the remaining amounts to avoid major headaches. They only aim for money. There is no love for animals in this place. I don't recommend the store and I won't buy anything else there.
