★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pela dona do local.. Seu filho, o rapaz que busca os animais é super simpático e atencioso.. Já a mesma trata mal os clientes e minha cachorra já voltou machucada uma vez após um banho.. Foram cortar os pelos e a feriram.
Terrible service by the owner of the site .. His son, the boy who seeks the animals is super friendly and attentive .. Already it covers barely customers and my dog's back hurt once after a bath .. were cut by and wounded.

Entregam na redondeza os produtos sem taxa de entrega, com muita rapidez e cuidado. Recomendo demais. Minha esposa chega tarde do trabalho e consegue comprar sempre pois a loja tem horário diferenciado, ela fecha às 19:30. Empreendimentos como esse que se disponibiliza tanto para atender os clientes devem ser valorizados. Fora o atendimento que já por curiosidade tentei conhecer o concorrente e foi uma decepção, o concorrente ao lado muito grosseiro e limitado. Loja Pet Shop Quitaúna, RECOMENDO DEMAIS.

They deliver products to the neighborhood without a delivery fee, very quickly and carefully. Highly recommend. My wife arrives late from work and always manages to buy because the store has different hours, it closes at 19:30. Enterprises like this one that is available so much to serve customers should be valued. Aside from the service that I already tried out of curiosity, I tried to get to know the competitor and it was a disappointment, the competitor on the side very rude and limited. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles cobram taxa de entrega...mais querem estipular valor mínimo para o cliente comprar....não é legal isso...e outra demora muito pra entregar.
E qnd a gente liga pra saber ou manda msg ainda são mau educados.(Não indico).
They charge a delivery fee...but they want to stipulate a minimum amount for the customer to buy....this is not cool...and another one takes a long time to deliver.
And when we call to find out or send a message, they are still rude. (I do not indicate).
