★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do atendimento inicial, mas a veterinária não fez questão de ver a minha cachorra no retorno. Passou os resultados dos exames por telefone e isso me decepcionou. Também a clínica não possui uma balança adequada para pesar cães de grande porte como é o caso da minha cadela de 30 kg. Segurei-a com dificuldade no colo para pesarmos juntas e descontar o meu peso afim de saber o dela. Lamentável!
I liked the initial care, but the veterinarian did not insist on seeing my dog on the return. He passed the test results over the phone and that disappointed me. Also, the clinic does not have an adequate scale to weigh large dogs, as is the case with my 30 kg dog. I held her with difficulty in my lap so that we could weigh together and discount my weight in order to know hers. Unfortunate!
