★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri uma moto nessa loja no final de 2020, fiz todos os trâmites, enviei documentação no prazo e o antigo funcionário MATHEUS pedia pra aguardar falando que o problema era no DETRAN por causa da pandemia, por fim, estou com uma multa por não ter passado pro meu nome em 30 dias, por culpa exclusivamente da loja. E eles estavam cientes na época e disseram que iriam pagar, levei a carta pro funcionário JÚLIO que disse que iria resolver. A multa ainda consta e está para vencer. Fora que, venderam a moto e estava com multa e não foi repassado na hora da compra. É dificil falar com eles, disseram que iriam me retornar e não retornam. Não recomendo!
I purchased a motorcycle at this store at the end of 2020, did all the procedures, sent documentation within the deadline and the former employee MATHEUS asked to wait saying that the problem was with DETRAN because of the pandemic, finally, I have a fine for not having passed to my name in 30 days, solely because of the store. And they were aware at the time and said they would pay, I took the letter to the employee JÚLIO who said he would solve it. The fine still stands and is about to expire. Besides, they sold the bike and it was fined and it was not passed on at the time of purchase. It's hard to talk to them, they said they would return to me and they don't. I do not recommend!
