★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amo levar minha cachorrinha para tomar banho lá. A loja terceiriza o serviço, e o pessoal que dá o banho é muito carinhoso. Já tive problemas com outra cachorra em outro local, então não confio em qualquer local. Então a nota ruim é para a loja mesmo. A loja tem muitas opções de produtos, o que é ótimo e os funcionários são atenciosos. Entretanto infelizmente os animais em exposição não recebem a mesma atenção. Diversas vezes eu estive na loja e os peixes que ficam expostos em aquários individuais estão em condições ruins. Alguns parecem ter morrido.
I love taking my dog to bathe there. The store outsources the service, and the people who give the bath are very affectionate. I've had problems with another dog in another location, so I don't trust any location. So the bad note is for the store. The store has many product options, which is great and the staff are attentive. Unfortunately, however, the animals on display do not receive the same attention. Several times I have been to the store and the fish that are exposed in individual aquariums are in poor condition. Some seem to have died.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência não muito boa, levei minha cachorrinha para banhar, por ser filhotinha ela tem um pouco de medo, achei q poderiam ter tido mais carinho com ela, foram super secos, quando fui buscar as moças estavam todas batendo papo, com as pernas pra cima, depilado o buço e tirando pelôs da sombracelha.
Ela veio com os laços tudo torto e com higinização incompleta!

She came with the ties all crooked and incomplete hyginization!
