★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudamos de plano de saúde, consequentemente de médicos. Passei com o Dr Cezar, que pessoa maravilhosa, profissional exemplar. Atendimento na recepção foi otimo, as meninas que me atenderam foram muito prestativas
We changed our health plan, consequently doctors. I spent with Dr Cezar, what a wonderful person, exemplary professional. Service at the reception was great, the girls who attended me were very helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo no atendimento via telefone ou whatsapp. Não existe consenso nas informações postadas ou dadas pelo telefone. Demora muito tempo e muitos contatos para conseguir marcar um exame. Contato pelo whatsapp inicia pouco antes das 11:30 e a funcionária sai para almoçar e NINGUÉM continua/ finaliza o atendimento. Você liga para saber porque ninguém mais responde, dizem que é assim mesmo.
Nunca vi tanta desorganização e displicência.
Garbage in attendance via phone or whatsapp. There is no consensus on the information posted or given over the phone. It takes a lot of time and many contacts to get an exam scheduled. Contact via whatsapp starts shortly before 11:30 am and the employee leaves for lunch and NO ONE continues/ends the service. You call to find out why no one else answers, they say that's the way it is.
I have never seen such disorganization and carelessness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um ecocardiograma fetal , e fui mto bem atendida pelo médico, atencioso, educado e bem experiente me explicou todos os detalhes do exame, me deixou bem tranquila nora 10.

Marcaram minha consulta para o dia 17/02 às 11h com uma médica que sequer, estava efetivamente contrata pelo meu convênio ( Saúde Bradesco), sendo assim, fui informada (educadamente pela atendente) quando cheguei na clínica, que eu não poderia ser atendida pela profissional ( a mesma estava atendendo no momento) pq ela não iria receber pelo atendimento e que eu deveria remarcar para outro dia minha consulta. Absurdo!
Acaso não sabem que as pessoas têm compromissos diários e se programam para comparecer no dia e horário estabelecido pela clínica?
Com certeza, quando precisar, Via Vita será minha última opção.
Terrible attendance! They scheduled my appointment for 02/17 at 11:00 am with a doctor who was not even actually hired by my insurance (Saúde Bradesco), so I was informed (politely by the attendant) when I arrived at the clinic, that I could not be seen by the professional (she was attending at the time) because she would not be paid for the service and that I should reschedule my appointment for another day. Absurd!
Do they not know that people have daily appointments and are scheduled to appear on the day and time established by the clinic?
For sure, when I need it, Via Vita will be my last option.

Mas chegamos com DUAS horas de antecedência e até agora já tem UMA hora de atraso para minha mãe ser atendida.
Na recepção, perguntei com 13 minutos faltando para o horário agendado, se era para continuar aguardando ali no mesmo andar, para ser chamado. Só nos liberaram quando já tinham passado dos 13 minutos.
No fim, passaram uma paciente na frente da minha mãe e nos fizeram subir 7 minutos depois do horário agendado.
Ao entregar o termo de consentimento para o exame, entregam de outro tipo de procedimento.
Minha mãe foi chamada para fazer um "preparo", enquanto o médico chamou outro paciente para consulta.
Desrespeito. Descaso.
Isso porque foi exame particular.
According to officials, the exam is performed by appointment.
But we arrived TWO hours early and so far there is already ONE hour late for my mother to be seen.
At the reception, I asked with 13 minutes to go before the scheduled time, if I was to continue waiting there on the same floor, to be called. They only released us when it was past 13 minutes.
In the end, a patient passed in front of my mother and made us go up 7 minutes after the scheduled time.
When delivering the consent form for the exam, they deliver another type of procedure.
My mother was called to do a "preparation", while the doctor called another patient for consultation.
disrespect. neglect.
That's because it was a private exam.
