Uma clínica especializada em diabetes onde o médico não pede nem a dosagem de glicose! Sem contar a falta de educação desse Dr Cláudio.

Inclusive deixou o WhatsApp para caso eu tenha dúvidas me auxiliar e enviar resultados exames.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui extremamente maltratada há um ano atrás, ele afirmou que faltava vergonha na cara e que me levaria pra dar aula na faculdade de como comer pouco e engordar, não pediu nenhum exame, 1 mês depois passei por vários exames e foi constatado que eu tinha hipotireoidismo de Hashimoto e SOP que atrapalham muito o emagrecimento, tenho a receita até hoje que ele me indicou a um psiquiatra ! Médico total sem respeito com paciente com listas prontas de alimentos na mesa...

Decepcionante, médico que não escuta o paciente e ainda trata com ironia. Fui para a consulta já com os exames que outro médico tinha pedido, ao entrar falei que estava lá para uma consulta de rotina e para acompanhamento anual... (neste momento já me interrompeu com ironia: "rotina com endocrinologista??"), continuei explicando que tempos atrás minha glicemia esteve alta.. (já foi falando: "vc é diabética ou não é, não existe meio diabético"). Assim com arrogância, sem olhar os exames e sem me escutar. Que ódio! Só depois olhou os exames e viu que tinha nódulos na tireoide que estavam maiores do que nos exames anteriores (o motivo do acompanhamento, que ele tratou com ironia sem me ouvir). Receitou remédio para tireoide e tchau!
Não volto nesse médico nunca mais, péssimo profissional, sai de lá me sentido péssima.

(I was already saying: "you are diabetic or you are not, there is no diabetic means"). So arrogantly, without looking at the exams and without listening to me. What hate! Only then did he look at the tests and see that he had thyroid nodules that were larger than in previous tests (the reason for the follow-up, which he treated with irony without hearing me). He prescribed thyroid medicine and bye!
I never go back to that doctor again, a terrible professional, I left feeling terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência da minha vida com o Cláudio! Grosso, irônico e se vc quer sair melhor tem que passar longe. Acaba com vc. Julga, não escuta e te compara com os outros. Não solicitou um exame. Disse "o mundo está acabando e o povo querendo emagrecer" mandou tomar remédio, fechar a boca e procurar uma dieta na internet. Fui em busca de um profissional de verdade! Muito triste!
Worst experience of my life with Claudio! Thick, ironic and if you want to get out better you have to go far. It ends with you. Judge, don't listen and compare yourself with others. Duas semanas atrás aproximadamente marquei minha consulta, estava agendada para o dia 23/01/18 às 16hrs.
No dia marcado eu liguei para confirmar o horário, sua secretária me fez a seguinte pergunta: o Sr. poderia chegar 15 min antes do combinado? (ou seja, 15h45min)
Respondi que não havia problemas e tentaria chegar.
Ocorreu que eu cheguei as 15h55min no consultório e sua secretária me informou que ele já havia ido embora porque EU ME ATRASEI.
Eu não me conformo em quão errado está isso:
1) EU MESMO que liguei para confirmar o horário, e se eu não tivesse ligado? Talvez eu fosse atendido no horário combinado, as 16hrs;
2) Sim, o horário combinado era às16hrs, e não 15h45min. O fato da secretária perguntar se eu P O D E R I A chegar antes, é diferente de dizer que EU PERDERIA MINHA CONSULTA por não chegar em um horário que eles adiantaram;
3) Como dito, eu cheguei as 15h55min, isto é, antes do real combinado e 10 min depois do adiantamento. E se eu tivesse chegado as 15:45? Em quanto tempo ele me atenderia, uma vez que cheguei 15:55 e ele já havia saído para outro compromisso.
Enfim, esse foi o descaso que passei com Dr. Cláudio Menezes Ferreira, um profissional que age tal indiferença não merece minha saúde nas mãos.

Anyway, that was the neglect I went through with Dr. Cláudio Menezes Ferreira, a professional who acts with such indifference does not deserve my health in his hands.
