â â â â â ClĂnica nĂŁo tem compromisso com cliente !!!!Estava agendado as 9 horas retorno da minha esposa para colocação de implantes de 2 dentes , atĂ© aĂ tudo bem !!apĂłs 40 minutos de espera ela foi atendida pelo sr dentista Alef que disse que ela nĂŁo tinha que ter esperado tanto tempo, pois pra ele atender ela precisaria de um raio X para conferir a peça que foi colocada na cirurgia e sĂł aĂ apĂłs avaliar, poderia entĂŁo dar prosseguimento no tratamento!!Bom atĂ© aĂ tudo bem , indicaram um raio X na rua ao lado, por se tratar de ser sĂĄbado, o raio X demorou cerca de 1 hora e meia ....com tanta demora minha esposa ligou duas vezes avisando sobre o atraso e tambĂ©m mandou zap por 2 vezes informando sobre o atraso!!! informaram pra ela que poderia ficar tranquila pois o horĂĄrio da clĂnica era atĂ© 13 horas !!!Pois bem , ao retornar a clĂnica as 11:50 minha esposa foi informada que o dentista tinha ido embora e que apesar dela (recepcionista)ter avisado que minha esposa retornaria na clĂnica, o infeliz do dentista preferiu ir embora sem esperar o nosso retorno ....uma tremenda falta de respeito com cliente pois tĂnhamos perdido praticamente a parte da manhĂŁ toda para resolver essa situação !!!Que tipo de profissional vai embora , e deixa o cliente na mĂŁo? Por acaso nĂŁo avisamos que o raio X iria demorar ? Muita falta de respeito desse rapaz que se diz profissional !!!!infelizmente eu tinha feito orçamento no mesmo dia e nĂŁo vou mais gastar o meu dinheiro nessa clĂnica!!!Que me desculpe os demais profissionais que trabalham nessa empresa acredito que nem todos sĂŁo incompetente como esse sr, mais esse profissional nĂŁo merece meu respeito !!!!
Clinic has no appointment with client!!!! My wife's return was scheduled at 9 am for placement of implants of 2 teeth, so far so good!! he had to have waited so long, because for him to attend, she would need an X-ray to check the part that was placed in the surgery and only then, after evaluating, could she then proceed with the treatment!! Well, so far so good, they indicated an X-ray on the street next door, as it was Saturday, the X-ray took about 1 hour and a half....with so much delay my wife called twice warning about the delay and also zapped twice informing about the delay! !! they informed her that she could be calm because the clinic hours were up to 1 pm!!! Well, when I returned to the clinic at 11:50 am, my wife was informed that the dentist had left and that despite her (receptionist) having warned that my wife would return to the clinic, the unfortunate dentist preferred to leave without waiting for our return....a tremendous lack of respect for the client because we had lost practically the entire morning to resolve this situation!!! though , and leaves the customer down? Didn't we tell you that the X-ray would take a while? Much lack of respect from this guy who calls himself a professional!!!! unfortunately I had made a budget on the same day and I will no longer spend my money in this clinic!!! I'm sorry the other professionals who work in this company I believe that not all incompetent like this mr, but this professional does not deserve my respect !!!!
