Verifiquem o nĂvel do funcionĂĄrio que vcs colocam para atender, pois eles sĂŁo o primeiro contato com o cliente, o cartĂŁo de visita de vcs.

â â â â â VocĂȘs poderiam colocar atendentes especĂficas para atender o telefone, a primeira vez fiquei 12 minutos esperando ser atendida, atenderam e desligaram a ligação. agora estou aqui esperando novamente e jĂĄ tem 8 minutos de espera, um absurdo isso.
Falta de compromisso com os clientes
Hoje dia 15/03/2022 vim fazer meu exame e a moça simplesmente falou que o médico não faz, sendo que quando marquei enviei o pedido pelo WhatsApp, tive que esperar um bom tempo para o médico autorizar a fazer o exame. como disse antes falta de compromisso e respeito com o cliente.

Lack of commitment to customers

Recepção uma bagunça,liguei duas vezes confirmando uma data para retorno,inclusive um dia antes de ir ao local ,confirmaram.
Chegando lĂĄ simplesmente disseram que nĂŁo era naquele dia ,mas eu havia deslocado de longe para voltar sem consultar ,expliquei atĂ© que me liberaram para ter a consulta com o mĂ©dico ,o mesmo me passou alguns pedidos e me disse marca nessas datas especĂficas,ao ligar no local para marcar demora absurda para ser atendida e ainda ouvir questionamentos do tipo estĂĄ cedo para ele ter solicitado o exame,vĂĄrias outras burocracias.

â â â â â Para fazer exame de Raio X a experiĂȘncia nĂŁo foi boa. Informaram.que o atendimento Ă© por ordem de chegada e que começava atender as 8h. Cheguei bem cedo para ser a primeira, no entanto o pessoal do raio X atrasou muito, nĂŁo chegaram.no horĂĄrio. Falta de compromisso com o cliente.
To take X-Ray the experience was not good. They informed that the service is on a first-come, first-served basis and that it started at 8 am. I arrived very early to be the first one, however the X-ray people were very late, they didn't arrive on time. Lack of commitment to the customer.

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento via telefone e WhatsApp para agendamentos devido Ă demora (esperei mais de 3 dias!!!). Tentando agora um cancelamento de consulta desde ontem, sem sucesso. O atendimento dos mĂ©dicos Ă© muito bom. A logĂstica Ă© realmente pĂ©ssima, a despeito do esforço das atendentes.
Bad service via phone and WhatsApp for appointments due to the delay (I waited more than 3 days!!!). Now trying to cancel an appointment since yesterday, without success. The medical care is very good. The logistics are really bad, despite the effort of the attendants.

â â â â â A clinica possui mĂ©dicos muito bons e qualificados. Sempre fui bem atendida pelos profissionais dessa clinica. Para agendar Ă© mais fĂĄcil usar o whatsapp. Consigo com facilidade agendar consultas e exames usando esse aplicativo. PorĂ©m , acredito que precisa de algumas melhorias na recepção. A clinica recebe um nĂșmero muito grande de pacientes todos os dias e o espaço da recepção e a quantidade de atendentes fica a desejar. Elas estĂŁo sempre com uma expressĂŁo no rosto de cansadas e passa a impressĂŁo que estĂŁo sobrecarregadas. Pela enorme demanda de atendimentos, se a clinica tivesse mais espaço ou mudasse para um local maior talvez pudessem ter mais qualidade no atendimento.
The clinic has very good and qualified doctors. I have always been treated well by the professionals at this clinic. To schedule it is easier to use whatsapp. I can easily schedule appointments and exams using this application. However, I believe it needs some improvements in reception. The clinic receives a very large number of patients every day and the reception space and the number of attendants are lacking. They always have a tired expression on their face and it gives the impression that they are overworked. Due to the huge demand for care, if the clinic had more space or moved to a larger location, perhaps they could have better quality of care.
