★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei da clínica, do médico e das enfermeiras. Mas algo deixou muito a desejar: o atendimento das recepcionistas. Extremamente antipáticas e grossas. Muitos pacientes estão ali nervosos, ansiosos e com medo da cirurgia, e não encontramos um ambiente acolhedor. Isso aconteceu comigo e com todos os pacientes que chegaram após. Acho que as recepcionistas devem ser orientadas a dar um tratamento mais humano, empático e simpático aos pacientes. Afinal não estão fazendo nenhum favor, estamos pagando e pagando caro.
I liked the clinic, the doctor and the nurses. But something left a lot to be desired: the attendance of the receptionists. Extremely unsympathetic and thick. Many patients are nervous, anxious and afraid of surgery there, and we have not found a welcoming environment. This happened to me and to all the patients who arrived afterwards. I think that receptionists should be guided to give a more humane, empathetic and sympathetic treatment to patients. After all, they are not doing us any favors, we are paying and paying dearly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é excelente, todos os funcionários te tratam muito bem. Possue estacionamento no subsolo (pago) além da opção de estacionamento na parte de fora (cartão azul).
Fiz minha cirurgia lá. Super recomendo.
The clinic is excellent, all staff treat you very well. It has underground parking (paying) in addition to the option of parking outside (blue card).
