Passei por aí algumas semanas moro no RJ e percebi q a clínica tem todo um suporte e é muito parecida cm as grandes clínicas daqui .
Só peca no atendimento .
Pois marquei a consulta por telefone e a única instrução q recebi foi que se deveria chegar cedo pra o atendimento .
Não sei quem marca as consultas mas são completamente despreparados.
Pois nem se quer foi avisado que teria q ser pagamento direto(somente no dinheiro )
Quando cheguei o recepcionista q me atendeu foi muito atencioso pois me informou que a minha consulta não estava agendada ,sendo que eu agendei 5 dias antes por telefone .
Mas ele foi muito anteciso e me colocou como um encaixe.
Na hora de pagar foi que descobri que teria q ser pagamento direto no dinheiro .
Nem se quer no cartão de débito eu consegui pagar pois só aceitava dinheiro.
Ou seja são pequenas informações que tem quer ser passadas para os seus pacientes .
Felizmente a clínica é ótima mas peca no atendimento e nas informações q não são passadas como deveriam ser .
Precisei fzr uma consulta juntamente com um eletro .
Mas no exame tbem não veio dizendo nem a data e trocaram o meu sexo .
Pois sou menina e veio (sexo masculino).
Isso é apenas para que vcs revejam e tenham mas atenção com os seus pacientes .
Quanto ao médico o Dr Israel Nilton Feitosa só tenho a agradecer pois é um médico totalmente preparado e muito cuidadoso com os seus pacientes .
Foi muito atencioso comigo e muito cordial.
Super recomendo ele .
É espero que a clínica reveja alguns treinamentos para os seus atendentes .

I spent a few weeks living in RJ and realized that the clinic has all the support and is very similar to the big clinics here.
Just ask for assistance.
Because I made an appointment over the phone and the only instruction I received was that you should arrive early for the appointment.
I don't know who makes the appointments but they are completely unprepared.
Because it was not even warned that it would have to be direct payment (only in cash)
When I arrived the receptionist who answered me was very attentive because he informed me that my appointment was not scheduled, and that I booked 5 days before by phone.
But he was very anticipating and put me as a fit.
When it was time to pay, I discovered that it would have to be direct payment in cash.
I couldn't even pay on the debit card because I only accepted cash.
In other words, they are small pieces of information that must be passed on to your patients.
Fortunately the clinic is great, but it lacks care and the information is not passed on as it should be.
I had to make an appointment together with an electro.
But in the exam they didn't even say the date and they changed my gender.
Because I'm a girl and came (male).
This is just for you to review and have more attention with your patients.
As for the doctor, Dr Israel Nilton Feitosa, I can only thank him because he is a fully prepared doctor and very careful with his patients.
He was very attentive to me and very cordial.
I highly recommend it.
It is hoped that the clinic will review some training for its attendants.
