★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar excelente com infraestrutura ótima. A médica Luciane Hiane é atenciosa, acessível e explica tudo o que precisamos entender. Oferece internet aos pacientes e os banheiros são limpos e cheirosos. Existem muitas outras opções de médicos. É recomendável agendar sempre as consultas pois os médicos tem agendas muito cheias. Fica próximo de várias padarias e restaurantes. Bem localizado.
Excellent place with great infrastructure. Doctor Luciane Hiane is attentive, approachable and explains everything we need to understand. Offers internet to patients and the bathrooms are clean and smelling. There are many other options for doctors. It is recommended to always schedule appointments as doctors have very busy schedules. It is close to several bakeries and restaurants. Well located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui atendida muito bem, realizei exames e tudo mais, porém hoje, dia 12.04, em ligação fui surpreendida com a recepção me informando de que eu não poderia ser atendida, que estava bloqueada no sistema da clinica para atendimento! Um descaso! Meu convênio está em dia,inclusive é pago por uma empresa enorme, reconhecida no mercado. Não faz sentido ser impedida de atendimento quando não se deve nada, e ainda assim, poderíamos pagar particular!!!! Um absurdo!!!

A neglect! My agreement is up to date, it is even paid by a huge company, recognized in the market. It makes no sense to be prevented from attending when you don't owe anything, and even then, we could pay privately!!!! An absurdity!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive problema com nenhum dos médicos da clínica, mas o atendimento da maioria das funcionárias é péssimo, principalmente o da moça que faz o agendamento de procedimentos (endoscopia, por exemplo).
Tinha um horário marcado, porém estava precisando reagendar. Além da falta de flexibilidade, a atendente foi o auge da impaciência e falta de educação. O caso aconteceu hoje (20/01), por volta das 16:00-17:00. Basta ver quem estava atendendo esse horário.
Fiquei tão descontente que fiz questão de agendar em outra clínica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cientista e nunca vou em uma consulta sem pesquisar bastante primeiro, ainda bem, pois dificilmente sou enganada. O Dr. Odorino Hideyoshi Kagohara, sem ter me examinado e, obviamente, sem ter feito o diagnóstico, já estava me propondo fazer cirurgia (de 11 mil reais) para resolver minha trombose hemorroidária, causada por gravidez, no oitavo mês de gestação, sem sequer primeiro me examinar e ver outras soluções mais conservadoras. Tentou me persuadir de várias formas para a cirurgia, se lavando as mãos dizendo que minha GO devia aprovar. Como pedi algo mais conservador primeiro, e até para que parasse de falar de cirurgias quando nem sequer tinha me examinado e nem sabia o que era até esse momento, inclusive também porque no oitavo mês de gravidez seria muito arriscado fazer uma cirurgia, me deu uma lista pronta de medicamentos dos quais um é CONTRAINDICADO para o terceiro trimestre de gestação; outro, que eram umas fibras para melhorar o intestino, nem precisava porque meu problema não tem nada a ver com o intestino, não tenho constipação nem nada do gênero, e comer mais fibras, no meu caso, que já as consomo bastante na dieta, poderia ser até prejudicial neste momento. Além disso, a consulta dura apenas 15 min e custa 600 reais. Uma consulta express para a que pedem preencher um formulário contando do caso para "economizar" tempo de consulta (que já mais breve não poderia ser), formulário que o médico não tinha lido para o momento da consulta. Por se tudo isso fosse pouco, o médico fala quase gritando, um volume muito alto mesmo, e de forma bem antipática, zero empático, zero humano e zero ético. Me passou uma receita pronta literalmente, na que tem uma linha vazia onde coloca apenas o nome do paciente, nem sequer a personalizou, como seria esperado para uma consulta particular nesse valor. Emfim, completamente desapontada com esse médico e sua falta de ética, querendo tirar 11 mil reais do meu bolso sem nenhuma necessidade. Se informem sempre antes de uma consulta, estudem sobre seu caso, para que quando vá na consulta não sejam enganados achando que o médico salvou suas vidas quando o que estava era tentando tirar um lucro maior de vocês sem se importar de verdade com o paciente.

Always inform yourself before an appointment, study your case, so that when you go to the appointment you are not fooled into thinking that the doctor saved your lives when what he was trying to get a bigger profit from you without really caring about the patient.
