★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, fiz um agendamento há mais de um mês pela prefeitura. Fomos levar o cachorro e quiseram cobrar anestesia alegando que ele é raça e não fazem. Só que não consta nada disso no site. Total desrespeito.
Horrible, I made an appointment over a month ago through the city hall. We went to take the dog and they wanted to charge anesthesia claiming that he is a breed and they don't do it. But there is nothing like that on the website. Total disrespect.

Popular in name only. The service is terrible. If the person really needs help for their animal and doesn't have the financial resources, they won't get it.

I took my dog and we were attended by Dr. William. I have nothing negative to report. I really enjoyed the care of the doctor and receptionists. I will be back again for the booster shots!
