Fui claro da forma que gostaria que ficasse, mas além de deixar o pêlo todo torto, cortaram quase no zero, locais ficaram até sem pêlos. E o pior, a pessoa disse que era o padrão deles. Que padrão é esse? Precisam ser humildes e assumir o erro. Eu fui muito claro em como gostaria que ficasse, mas acabaram com os pêlos da minha Cachorra. Não recomendo e com certeza não volto mais.
I took my dog to bath and groom. I had the biggest disappointment. I was clear the way I would like it to be, but in addition to leaving the hair all crooked, they cut almost to zero, places were even hairless. And worst of all, the person said it was their pattern. What pattern is this? You need to be humble and assume the error. I was very clear on how I would like it to look, but they've done away with my Dog's fur. I don't recommend it and I certainly won't be back.
