★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é excelente, mas a demora pro atendimento telefônico é péssimo, o resultado demora dias pra sair ,por favor se puderem revisem isso porque vejo pelos comentários que a questão da demora em todo processo de vcs já é a anos, e vcs pedem opinião mas pelo jeito não põe em prática o que é pedido.
 The service is excellent, but the delay for the telephone service is terrible, the result takes days to leave, please if you can review this because I see from the comments that the issue of delay in every process of you is years, and you ask for opinion but by the way it does not put into practice what is asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem estou aqui para reavaliar minha experiência, de fato atendimento telefônico merece uma atenção. Porém no quesito comunicação com o sistema do Detran foi muito rápido. Realizei o exame e pouco tempo depois praticamente cerca de 1h já costa no sistema do Detran a informação atualizada.
Well, I'm here to reassess my experience, in fact, telephone service deserves attention. However, in terms of communication with the DMV system, it was very fast. I took the exam and shortly afterwards, about 1 hour, I already had updated information on the Detran system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencial merece 2 estrelas, porém estou desde o dia 09/03/21 data realizada do exame e até hoje dia 23/03/21 não lançaram ao Detran, já estive na clínica 5 vezes em horário comercial e todas as vezes estava fechado, no site informa aberto. Devemos acionar a Ouvidoria do DETRAN Para que possa tomar providências, estou sendo prejudicado por não exercer minhas atividades na empresa!!!
The face-to-face service deserves 2 stars, but I have been since the 09/03/21 date of the exam and until today 03/23/21 they did not launch Detran, I have been to the clinic 5 times during business hours and every time it was closed , on the website reports open. We must call the DETRAN Ombudsman so that I can take action, I am being harmed for not exercising my activities at the company !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo frustrante. Ja deu a hora do exame e a clinica com gestores irresponsáveis ainda não chegaram. Todos os usuarios que irão PAGAR, estão no corredor a eapera da boa vontade delea chegarem . Sr. Caio Souza Bastos ao menos respeite os seus clientes.
It's been frustrating. It's time for the exam and the clinic with irresponsible managers hasn't arrived yet. All users who are going to PAY, are in the corridor and willing to arrive. Mr. Caio Souza Bastos at least respect your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica destinada aos exames de admissão, renovação e adição ou mudanças de categorias dentro das competências do DETRAN. O atendimento é mediante marcação prévia, entretanto, não quer dizer que seja pontual, mas, a demora não é grande. A funcionária da clínica é ótima, visto que, todas as competências e necessidades recaem sobre seus ombro e mesmo assim ela dá conta.
Clinic intended for admission, renewal and addition exams or changes of categories within the competences of DETRAN. The service is by appointment, however, it does not mean that it is punctual, but the delay is not long. The clinic employee is great, since all the skills and needs fall on her shoulder and she still manages.
